Rideaway processed order very quick but still awaiting delivery of item 3 days later, tracking just says with courier

I have had a look at this for you and can see that the ETA for your order is the 15th March, however, the tracking shows that the order was delivered to you onthe 12th March so hopefully all is now well.

I did not receive confirmation of my order at first

I had not received confirmation of my order due to a bug during payment but customer service was very reactive, responding to my e-mail on a Sunday! I was able to place my order again on Monday and received it the following day. I am very pleased overall about my experience with Ride-Away UK.

New Riding Hat Purchase.
