I contacted Jetson about a damaged scooter. They were so responsive and even followed up with me when I forgot to send them the payment receipt. Once I did, they immediately got back to me stating that they'd be happy to send a replacement scooter. I want to thank Jetson, and Rose Lynn Ann Irea specifically, for providing excellent customer service.

I really got to say this company has earned my trust and a customer for a life time. They was to the point in my claim, stay in contact the whole time. Stood behind its product 100 percent. Did it all in a very reasonable time frame as if I'm still a valuable costumer. Jetson is the way to go.

Support is the best! Me and my daughter were excited to receive our impact hoverboard, but unfortunatly straight out of the box it wouldn't charge or turn on. Saddened us both, but contacted support and talked with Rose Lynn Ann Irea and she was very quick and professional and put in for a replacement within 30 min. Some Products may be faulty but I love Jetson because they replace your product if they break or come defective! With no hassle!

Great customer service!
The lights on my daughter's kick scooter stopped working. After contacting the customer service, they offered a few steps of troubleshooting. When nothing helped, they offered to replace the scooter. I'm very happy with the outcome. She loves the scooter and is happy the lights will work again!

When I purchased the Rio Dirt Bike the package was lacking the battery charger and foot pads. Rose was very understanding and when these parts became available she arranged to get them shipped to me. My great grandson loves the Rio.

I was elated to receive a Jetson spin hoverboard as a gift. But unfortunately I couldn't get it to charge.After talking with tech support, Christian Culaba, we found out that it was defective. Since it was a gift I didn't have the receipt and my neighbors who gifted it to me had moved. I had no way of contacting them for the receipt. After providing all the information and pictures necessary they went ahead and replaced my hoverboard anyways. I was beyond shocked and so grateful! I definitely will be a customer for life!
