Very friendly staff and great service
Love my Chrome backpack from Ridelow. The staff were really helpful in helping me choose a bag that was fit for purpose.

Love my Chrome backpack from Ridelow. The staff were really helpful in helping me choose a bag that was fit for purpose.
Bought a fantastic SE Dub Ripper from these guys. They were even kind enough to offer me a discount.
Unfortunately once the bike arrived (very quickly I might add) I realised it was way too big for me.
So I’m sending back but can’t fault the service which was great throughout.
Thanks so much guys and sorry for having to return. I’m gutted but very happy with your service.
Buy your bicycles from here! Definitely brilliant customer service, friendly staff with extremely helpful mechanics, welcoming warm friendly people! I was stuck with a flat tire over that part of town (The northern quarter) with no way of getting home on a early Sunday evening. The shutters were down but it was clear there was somebody inside and I shouted through, half in desperation, and a wonderful gentleman called Stephen came and and proceeded to pull the shutter up and let me in and fixed my puncture! I insisted on giving him a huge tip but he pointedly refused and only charged me for the cost of the new inner tube! A wonderful gesture I must say! I made sure that when another friend was looking to purchase a bicycle I shared my story - and now I’m sharing it with you! I’ve been in again and said thank you and his reply was a humble “Don’t mention it” type thing so now I’m doing the opposite! My friend who bought a bike was very pleased with his purchase and said the owner is a really nice person. They also sell fashionable baseball caps & bucket hats etc along with spray paints and replica firearms! A very interesting shops, by far one of the best, most interesting in the whole of Manchester City Centre without a doubt!
Two fabulous Pashley bikes arrived today, both bikes very well prepared and packed by Ridelow. Service from Mark was superb with great communications regards delivery dates and inspection work done (pre delivery). After sales support available should we need it. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. All we need now is some kind weather to allows to get out on them!
Freda and the gents at Ridelow were second to none in their customer service and they are all top people. More than happy with the bike I bought and the help they provided during lockdown. Thanks guys, see you soon.

The new bike was sent out without being checked over properly as there were several obvious problems with the bike that were not rectified or mentioned before it was sent out. It was not boxed or packed properly either. I will never buy from them again.
Amazing service from the bike expert at Ridelow! He said he had been there 20 years and it didn’t surprise me as his service was incredible!
Got my delivery out super quick and went out of his way to make it happen so i could have it on my day off! Would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new bike!
Love my new Felt beach cruiser!
This is an outlet with a difference: after waiting several weeks for my bike to arrive from Germany, I traveled to their shop in Manchester to pick it up, and, after finding their store, walked through the door into a veritable wonderland! This isn't just a bike shop; to one side was a wall filled with baseball caps, more baseball caps than you could shake a stick at! At the back of the shop, a resident tattoo artist plies his trade, and, then, in close proximity to a selection of joss-sticks, glass cases displaying various airguns skirt the floor.
The staff at Ridelow couldn't have been more friendly, and they showed a genuine interest in me both as a customer and, pleasantly, as a person. They were so very generous with their time. At one point, whilst I was waiting for my bike to be assembled, I pointed to a Fat Bike they had on display and just mentioned that I had always been curious about these machines, wondering how they handled and felt like to ride. No sooner had I mentioned this, they asked me if I would like to try it. However, I then noticed it didn't have any peddles fitted, and I didn't want to put them out, so I declined their offer and told them it was O.K, but they were having none of it, and immediately set about making it ready. Within minutes, I was negotiating some of Manchester's back streets, bouncing on and off kerbs on this twenty-one-geared Spacehopper!
Yet I digress; what about my bike? Well, let me tell you something: I purchased a Cube Travel SL, fitted with a Gates' belt drive and Shimano's internal Alfine 8 speed hub. This, I might add, represented something of a leap of faith. You see, I'd researched these components prior to buying the bike, of course, and noted their pros and cons, but these, really, were inconclusive. Apart from a quick spurt around a supermarket car park, when a complete stranger was once good enough (and trusting enough) to give me a go of his belt-driven bike after I'd expressed an interest in it, I'd never ridden a similarly equipped bike before. I needn't have worried. I left the shop on the assembled bike, with a bag of butties and a bottle of juice, and rode it back to my home in Liverpool. It took me three and three-quarter hours, and for every minute of those, I had a big cheesy grin spread across my face, and it remained there long after I'd walked through my front door. What a machine, and what a store!
