Unacceptable from Riders

I have always used riders as my insurance provider. Unfortunately my motorcycle was stolen from my garage along with my cousins, there was an ongoing investigation so at first which delayed the process but after that was done. 1 received various appointments to submit paperwork for the claim and many time it was reschedulled so by the time that we actually met 1 had forgotten some paperwork. The claim was denied and submit and appeal it’s been 2yrs since then and still fighting for a response to my appeal!!!

First year the rates blew everybody …

First year the rates blew everybody else’s out of the water. Just renewed for second year. No points. No claims. No change in credit history. 15% increase for no explained reason. Still cheaper. But at this rate I’ll be shopping.

No hassle insurance - great value

I like Rider insurance. They came through quickly when I had an accident. Fair and knowledgeable peoole. My adjustor was very thorough and knew bikes inside and out. She was extremely helpful. I recommend them highly!

There are better insurance companies out there

As soon as I find another insurance company I will change insurers. This is the SECOND time you guys have raised my insurance for NO REASON. THIS TIME $50?!?! No accidents and I paid on time in full, thanks for taking food out of our mouths. I even asked the lady how much it went up since last year and she told me She couldn't tell me until I paid this year. That is unacceptable. Greed.

Great coverage, honest pricing

I have been riding for many years and have never found a company with rates this good for the coverage I needed. Have not needed to file a claim yet, but feel confident should I ever need to, it will not be a hassle.
