Never purchase..horrible build and customer service
Title: Expensive wallet with terrible durability
I’m extremely disappointed with this wallet. For something marketed as a premium product with a premium price, the durability is shockingly poor.
I’ve barely used this wallet—maybe three days total—and the elastic is already ripped. Before that, I already had to have three replacement parts shipped because components kept failing. At this point it feels like I’m constantly fixing a brand-new product.
The whole selling point of the Ridge Wallet is supposed to be quality and longevity, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The elastic band clearly isn’t built to last, and the overall construction does not justify the price.
To make matters worse, I’m now outside the 99-day return window even though the wallet has hardly been used. I’d honestly just return it if I could.
For the price they charge, this level of quality is unacceptable. I would not recommend this wallet to anyone.
