Fantastic staff and customer service!

Bought a pair of lovely boots a few months ago. Last week a pin on a decorative strap broke. The staff in Falmouth (Anita and Tasha) went above and beyond to clear it with a senior manager and track down the last pair of the same boots in a store up country and had them shipped down for me. Lovely boots, great price and fantastic customer service! Well done and thanks Anita, Tasha and senior manager, I will be back :) I put a review online earlier but didn't realise I could do one specific to Falmouth so have submitted this one, hoping the staff get the positive recognition they deserve!
