AVOID At ALL COSTS!

MOONA- AVOID At ALL COSTS!! I so wish I had read these reviews before ordering I ordered on 8/6/21 I have emailed several times snd messaged through Facebook and no responses, the order has gone through Klarna I haven’t paid anything yet, I have emailed to cancel the order due to non existent customer services but unsure what else I can do! Definitely would not recommend this company.

Update - I sent another email with ‘Investigation initiated’ in the subject line in capitals and they responded within minutes -order now cancelled as apparently 8/6 to today is nowhere near the 4 weeks delivery time!

I would not recommend

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. Unfortunately no mirror has been delivered after nearly 4 months and no response to emails. I can see that there are many others who have had the same experience.

Crooks!

This company is a fake. They have several companies in Blackburn dor 'hollywood mirrors' and interiors.
You pay your money and then NOTHING. No conformation email, no response to emails - radio silence.
Thank god I paid via credit card and could claim it back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY JUST TAKE TOUR MONEY.
they should be shut down by trading standards.

Where is my order?

I also ordered a mirror for my daughter as a Christmas present in December 20. The payment was taken on 16th December but I have heard nothing since and have received no response to the emails sent and can find no valid published telephone number. Has anyone else had any luck in contacting these people ?

After a long wait mirror arrived on…

After a long wait mirror arrived on Boxing Day it was completely the wrong size and the bottom corner of mirror was broken.Have emailed five times as no telephone number and yet to receive a reply.Do not buy from this company.

Avoid - terrible service, no updates, no mirror.

Put an order in 30th November 2020. Despite chasing many times for an update I have not had a reply, my order is just sitting as unfulfilled.

There is no way to contact this company other than the email which they do not reply to.
If this company is legit, they are doing a terrible job at keeping customers informed, happy, stress free.
Perhaps they expect 1 customer to only buy 1 mirror and will put up with a fire and forget purchase?

As another person wrote, everything about site smells of a scam, constant sale with imminent expiry, lack of ways to contact them, no replies to the emails, quickly taking money but not sending goods.... But confusingly a couple of reviews say they got the mirror just had to wait a long time after no communication it just arrived...?

Understanding it's been a terrible year for a lot of companies due to covid and brexit has slowed down the ports but there just is no excuse in this day and age to not keeping your customers informed or showing some kind of engagement. Come on at least try!

I for one am raising a dispute with my credit card company - avoid this company, pay a little extra and get what you pay for.

Appalling and I suspect a scam

Appalling and I suspect a scam. I tried several times to get an ETA for the mirror i ordered. Absolutely no response. No phone number published on their website, so impossible to chase. Luckily, I bought via PayPal, and they issued a refund.
Stay well away from this outfit. They trade under various names.

Terrible

Terrible . I have E-mailed 7 plus times .
No response .
So so disappointed as this was a special present for my daughter .
Who is 10 and believes still .
How do I explain this on Christmas Day when a main present on her list is not there .
Stress levels are through the roof .
We try and do our best and then to have no response at all from this company is just awful .
My children have lost 3 grandparents in 5 months and this is just stress I really could do without .
So disappointed.

Is it a scam?

I am writing this review with the optimism that my experience of Riflection will change in the coming weeks. After a speedy sales focused response to my initial enquiry, I ordered my Mirror and made payment in full in good faith, meeting the stated Riflection team memeber’s deadline to ensure Christmas delivery. Sales invoice and payment link with order confirmation sent with impeccable efficiency, after 20:00 in the evening (clearly no issues to access to IT platforms or services) suggesting more than adequate customer service! Accept had no communication update or response to my order status enquiry. I have contacted the company on several occasions over the past few days via their listed email address, Instagram page and phone number to absolutely no joy. Luckily I paid for my Mirror via PayPal so will be able to claim my money back if my order doesn’t materialise in the coming weeks, which I am still very hopeful it will, otherwise I am going to have one very disappointed tween on Christmas Day. In this digital age there is absolutely no excuse for lack of customer communication and service given the social media platforms and IT services available, even to small business. Given the initial rapid response to receive payment it clearly isn’t and issue or valid excuse for Riflection as a company.

Avoid!

Ordered a mirror beginning of October 2020.

No response to emails.

Went on the online chat today and was told that the mirror would be arriving tomorrow - the mirror had been collected one week ago apparently.

Said I didn't believe them and they said everyone else was happy.

Pointed out the reviews here and then I was told that the driver was ill. Pulled them up on that as a lie and was told it's been really difficult for them recently (like the rest of us).

All they needed to do was keep in contact but instead they lie when confronted. It's pathetic really.

Immediately told I had been refunded. I will wait and see.

It's not that I don't understand that life is difficult at the moment but how hard is it to keep your customers informed?

No matter how good the product is, if the service is this bad it matters not. There are plenty of other places to go to buy the same product.

Avoid!

Awful do not use.

Ordered my mirror mid September and it arrived unexpectedly early on Sunday morning (8th November).Prior to this I had emailed and messaged them to see where my mirror was and had no response, I then asked for a refund and said I was going to be reporting them to trading standards and a few days after it turned up! I opened it up to find out the mirror was CRACKED and it was also the wrong size. Have emailed them and surprise surprise have not got a reply back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered my mirror 4 weeks ago

Ordered my mirror 4 weeks ago. I’ve emailed them 4 times and they haven’t responded. This is a disgrace. I can see other customers are in the same situation. Please Riflection reply to customers as without them you wouldn’t have a business. Just be honest and let us know the situation. I have a teenage girl whose spent her birthday money on this much wanted mirror.!!!

I ordered a mirror and paid for it on 2nd Oct and have not yet received any confirmation or follow up on delivery. I have contacted company twice on their email address and contact form without success. Please can you advise on order update?

A happy ending..

I ordered and paid £169 for a Hollywood mirror on 24th September, I have not received, nor heard from Riflections, despite emailing (3 times), trying on the website chatline. No response from anyone. Very disappointed. I do understand that Covid is affecting parts/delivery etc, but a response to an anxious customer would do wonders to put my mind at rest.
UPDATE -2nd November 2020 I have received my mirror, its lovely so I am now a happy customer. Riflections customer service is not the greatest, but in these odd times, maybe they have good reason. So be patient, Im sure, like mine, your mirror will turn up eventually!
