I would not recommend this company, Please be careful
I would not recommend this company! - I purchased an item from them, and it was faulty from the start. I felt forced to deal directly with the product manufacturer as the contact number given by Rift computers directs you to an automated service, which doesn't get picked up. After 3 attempts and the manufacturer telling me to return it to the supplier, Rift's response (by email) was, as its out of the 30 day return window they were not interested, and really didn't care how it gets sorted! I am now left with a £300.00 item I don't know what to do with,
Be careful with this company their support is not acceptable.

Thanks for your review. We understand it is frustrating that your product cannot be replaced due to being purchased over three months ago.
We have a 30 day returns window to allow our customers to have enough time to use their product, and if faulty ensure they make contact with us to receive an RMA number from us within this time frame. This is detailed in our returns policy. I'm sure you appreciate we cannot have an open-ended returns period, however the manufacturers warranty should cover your product for a year.

One of the best company I bought …
One of the best company I bought computer components from, quick delivery, great customer service, example my motherboard broke down, they have sent it to supplier, supplier said replacement or repair might take up to 4 weeks,later on I've received email from Rift saying they are not happy about that and they will send me new one from they stock.

I'd like to revise my previous review. These emails for some reason bounced back to Rift. Most importantly however, is the understanding and gracious way that Rift treated my original review.
