Total scam site. Had to have Amex issue me a refund after they failed to get me the product after 3 months for Christmas.

Update guys. I finally received my order 3 months later.

This online store is a scam. Do not order from this place. I bought a jersey for close to $100 around xmas time and never received it. Disputing the charge and this company is currently being investigated.

Does anyone have a customer service email or number that works? They delivered my product to a wrong address in Texas.

I ordered a personalized jersey for my fiance for xmas. It didn't arrive anywhere near xmas and when it finally got here, it's the completely wrong team color. Do not fall for this would be my advice. Still can't get a hold of anyone for a refund either. Complete scam

They have never sent the jersey and have not refunded my money! This place is a joke or a scam! You guys suck!

I had ordered a jersey for Christmas on the third of December... the shirt didn't arrive until the 7th of January. When the jersey finally arrived, the person said it didn't fit them. We looked it up and saw that the official jersey could stretch and the one that I bought didn't. I contacted them and saying I wanted a refund and would return back the shirt. Lizzie Charlie (customer service) replied two days with "If you want to change the size, we'll support you but you have to charge $40" which does not comply with what I wanted.

SCAM gave me a incorrect USPS tracking number never got the merchandise SCAM. It's been a month and a half

Ordered a Kyrie Irving #10 basketball jersey for my grandson. Tracked the order, it was in LA for 3 weeks. When it arrived, the front of the jersey was #10 and the back said Bryant. Went to the website to send an email for a return. Email was returned - no such address. Scam.

Ordered a women’s large jersey for my wife and it wouldn’t fit a ten year old. They said they filled the order to specifications. Wasted 70$ to get the middle finger
from them. It took multiple emails before they would even respond. Do NOT order anything from them!!!!

Still havent recieved the jersey i ordered 2 months ago. Contacted the bbb and they cant get a response either.

Ordered personalized jersey for 7 yr old, youth small. It took 7 weeks, anrriving after Christmas, and was adult small. Very cheaply made. Difficult to communicate with C/S. I would NOT recommend using this company.

I ordered a jersey on 19th of November and still haven't received it 9 weeks later. I've tried to contact customer service and haven't been able to. This is a SCAM please don't order from here.

I ordered a youth size Small for my grandson who is 9 on 12-6-24. I did not receive my order until 1-6-25. It says it is a men’s size small, but it looks like a men’s size medium or large! Plus, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to even get the shirt when I did! Because I got the shirt finally after I disputed the charge!
Don’t do business with them! You will get scammed!

If I could give them zero Stars I would. FYI full warning do not order from this company. It shows they are a USA company but that's a lie they are not. It comes from overseas it took over a month to receive my merchandise. Going back and forth asking them to cancel because I wanted this as a Christmas gift and ordered and plenty of time for it to be a gift it arrived way after Christmas. Ordered on 11/26 did not receive until January 5th.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson that is not what I received it was not even close to being a sweatshirt it was a very thin long sleeve shirt. There have been multiple complaints on Reddit as you can see for yourself.
