This company has a UK email address so I thought it would ok to order from them after seeing an advert on Facebook. I waited weeks for some fashion trainers to arrive. When they arrived they were not true to size (too small) and were very poor quality.
Interestingly there was no returns form in the parcel. An obvious indication they will not accept returns.
I emailed the company stating I wished to return the items and the reasons why.
They have responded by saying I have the product I ordered.
Appalling product and appalling attitude.

Ordered UK size 4 trainers and received a size 2 - emailed them to explain but they are not interested as they say there is no fault with trainers so they won't even exchange them... Appalling service - won't recommend or use them ever again..
Also had extra charges at checkout - trainers were £23.99 but paid £30 + ... Shocking experience.

Unfortunately didn't check reviews before I ordered, first big mistake. Point 1 - overcharged for goods and email sent to query this - Company response - 'it may be a customs tax' ( it either is or it isn't). Point 2 - Goods received but wrong size (ordered size 5) size 4 received. Company response - please send photo that can prove this problem. Picture sent showing the shoe and the packaging with size 37 (4). Company response - They reiterated that they had sent the correct size. Point 3 - Email sent asking how to return as no details provided and asked for size 5 to be sent. Company response - we did send correct item you ordered so no exchange to be given. Point 4. Another email sent asking how to return and please can they credit my account as they are not willing to exchange. Company response - SILENCE..... Looks like credit card company may have to take this up on my behalf as it doesn't look like i'm getting an exchange or money back... Would I recommend this company, that'll be a NO....

Do not buy from this company. Totally incorrect item received and they denied this and thanked me for understanding!

Terrible. Waited weeks. Size 4 arrived. Ordered size 5. Refused to accept I had ordered 5. Case closed. Now im stuck with trainers I cannot wear which cost a lot more because of the tax. Totally awful. Avoid!!

Do not buy from this company. I should of known better myself! Lesson learnt! They added tax so cost more than they should, so they are not as claimed based in the UK! Took weeks for items to come, they eventually came and they are way smaller than the size I ordered. They won’t take them back as they sent what I ordered! Total scammers. 🤬

Like others I thought this was an English company but in reality it is Chinese. I ordered a size 4 trainer and received a size 2. Their customer service is abysmal. They seem to have about four stock replies to email complaints and these are repeated until you eventually realise you are banging your head on a brick wall. Don't touch this company with the proverbial barge pole.

Invoice received via email then charged sales tax via PayPal
They insist they are U.K. company and yet U.K. sales laws state that your must say excluding sales tax for his is illegal and they won’t refund DONT ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic trainers on the 20th February, and, I never received them. I was given a tracking number which I kept an eye on time to time on the courier website. It was taken so long with this delivery that I didn’t look it up, anyway I have just earlier looked it up, and to my amazement it said Unable To Import, return to Sender, apparently this was on the 2nd of April 🤷‍♀️. I believe I didn’t have a delivery on that day, or if I did, this courier needs to just leave any mail, parcels on the doorstep, like many couriers do. I am absolutely fed up, I could swear, but,you cannot say any offensive words on this review site, so I won’t. 🤐. I have sent an email to the both parties, and see what happens. I think this is a SCAM, and say don’t bother to buy anything from this company, keep away. I am going to try and get my money back from the credit card company, but if not, then I have learned a lesson,my first ever too.

I ordered trainers size 4 and like a lot of peoples reviews got a size 2.even before they arrived I was not happy I paid through PayPal and at checkout my total was 27.98 and then when my order was confirmed in an email it was 33.58 another 5.60 was added on for tax .I got straight on to cancel my order but they said it was to late .Nothing in the parcel about returns or anything for that matter.I saw these on Facebook and think people should be warned about this company .

i placed a order for my mother on 31-4-21 and wished i had read these reviews first. its been 9 days so still waiting on the order but not feeling confident on the size after reading reviews. will update when the trainers come. also wanted to add they charged my mother an extra £4.50 because they use a shipping company called ecommerce which wasn't stated on the site that it would be added.

Impossible to telephone this company as the phone number on their webpage is a disconnected number.

I agree with all the other reviews, they are a rubbish company. I ordered a UK size 5 and received a size 37, which is a four and a half. Contacted them and was told it was correct size. Lesson learnt, stick to UK based companies in future!

Please do not order!!!...I ordered 2 pairs of trainers..they sent wrong size for both..emailed them to say what had happened but they where not interested..they even told me to give the trainers to a family member😡..I asked for a returns address but they wouldn't give me one...I then called my bank at the visa disputes team and after showing them all the emails ( the bank couldn't believe that they keep getting away with this).I got a full refund...AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER

I bought trainers from this site recently. Not too long in arriving and nice trainers but they are too tight in spite of being my usual size. No return address. Several emails back and forth and they refused to allow me to return them saying I’d been sent what I ordered! I was paying postage. Another company ‘DAILY SMILING’ but I think the same organisation sent me what I thought was a pretty striped cardigan. It was tacky rubbish, not knitted at all but a piece of cheap nylon type fabric I wouldn’t be seen dead in. The slip with email contact was identical to the RIGHT BESIDE one . Haven’t heard back about returning said item but I think I’ve been a trusting idiot and have been scammed twice. Everyone remember to look up Trustpilot reviews before buying and not the ones on the company websites. I didn’t but will in future.

Unfortunately you can't give no stars but IN MY OPINION this company is worth watching its so bad, reading other reviews i feel a little easier that I wasn't the only person who made the same mistake, I ordered a size 4 and received a size 35 which to us in the UK is a 2, countless emails to them got me nowhere, they said i got what I ordered, i emailed so many times and apparently they work in Asian sizes, i am so angry, as if things weren't hard enough during this pandemic (corona virus) decent people making genuine orders only to receive them in Asian sizes. Also order arrived in a plastic bag and NO documents about your order etc

I like many others have been duped by this company their site should be taken down they are making millions from every day people who just want to have comfy footwear

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I’d give. Wrong size delivered when I contacted them they told me the warehouse had sent the size I had ordered. I sent photos of my order for size 5 and a photo of the size 4 trainer delivered, they have ignored me ! I’m now out of pocket as no refund or complaints system and stuck with a substandard pair of trainers that are to small. Only purchased because I thought they were in the UK however they’re in China !! I’ve been done !!

Waiting 6 weeks. Polite Email replies saying "in transit" but no tracking number , no estimated delivery date. No real excuse other than my own stupidity. Will gladly retract if arrive on my doorstep before the end of the week! Reading other reviews I checked their size chart and is completely wrong. A EUR 37 should be UK size 4. So if they do arrive, will be wrong size 😣

Ok it's now April 6th. Ordered in middle of Jan. If it said 3 month delivery I wouldn't mind. Did get a tracking no. But not registering with the handler. It's the not knowing.... 😣
