The application process was clear and easy to follow. Replies to my emails were quick and clear, even over the weekend. I had a choice on dates and they turned up as promised. The electrician who came to install the ev charger was excellent. He described what he was doing and was very careful when he had a problem to resolve - calling his manager to check on the correct installation process. Product worked first time and continues to work flawlessly.

Honestly, I work in the automotive EV industry and thought I had a handle on the charger options out there. I attempted to order a charger myself and arrange an installer, to find that it was painfully difficult to organise and with a quote that left me thinking I was being ripped off.
