Ross fixed my boiler was polite very experienced technician i am very grateful as had no heating for two days and can highly recommend his workmanship.

Ross, the engineer, was from the Trustpilot, Right gas. He is a very well trained professional, polite, very well skilled. We have no any heating, hot water for two days, but he picked up the checking straight away, testing, exchanging parts and carefully make sure the system started working again. In minutes, the rooms became warm. Before he left, he patiently answered all our questions. He is the best Gas engineer we have ever know.

This central heating contractor was subcontracted by Homeserve. He was excellent. My mother has dementia and is deaf. The carers had to let him in but left him there with her. He as requested kept me up to date over the phone as I do not live near by. He came back the next day and also communicated technical information over the phone to her original company workman for further work. My mother says he is a lovely man.
Wright Gas Ltd boiler service under D&G insurance.
I had my boiler serviced under my D&G annual insurance policy & Wright Gas Ltd attended. Polite young man but in the property for less then 10 minutes. He stated the boiler was fine all working well. When the boiler was first installed some years ago the service used to take at least 25 minutes with the hot water tap being run to test the boiler. Nothing like that was done this time so I’m not sure how good the service really was which is worrying as it’s a safety issue it felt a bit like being offered a dodgy MOT on a car.
Wet feet at 6am
I awoke on Tuesday to find water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Water was leaking from the hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard above. A call to Scottish Power with whom I have cover registered me with Rightgas who visited later that day. Diagnosis was a new cylinder. The following day (Wednesday) I was asked if it would be convenient to fit on Thursday. All completed with speed, efficiency & politeness from the lady on the switchboard to Lee, Paul & Chris. The service I received was better than best. Thank you so very much.

Engineer was excellent yesterday evening. Though very late due to a serious gas leak elsewhere he worked very hard to fix my boiler with spare parts!

Rude on the phone by a colleague of riight gas called Julie I was contacted by the company I pay a monthly payment to for servicing at beginning of May stating my boiler is due a service and right gas will be in contact within the next few days nearly 2 months later no call so I've called them too be told their systems are down I mentioned for nearly 2 months with her amazing customer service skills. NOT!!! she replied with there is no need to get sarcastic is there, I replied with its a genuine question she told me they're only a small company and can't get everyone sorted at once. If you can't keep on top of people's boiler services refuse the company that is paying you first hand and get rid of the contract because although it's a service it could potentially save somes house and life

An engineer called Neil was sent to do an annual service under our insurance policy. Boiler working fine with no problems at all during the year. I had read the reviews in advance so knew what was coming ... yup, he said that the sump seal was leaking and that the boiler was at risk. £6 part would cost £150 to replace. I refused the work and asked him to leave but not before he had issued a Warning Notice (Danger, Do Not Use). Second opinion now taken and, guess what, no problem at all with the sump seal and the boiler has passed its service. Can't say I'm surprised. Avoid this company if you can at all costs. If I could, I would leave a 0-star review.

Spot on, had boiler serviced on behalf of Scottish power, they sent a polish lad called Bart, thoroughly nice man, polite, careful, checked everything for safety, noticed support bracket was broken which could allow carbon monoxide to escape, so found the part in his van and fitted it straight away, gave us a complete boiler health confirmation, and went on his way. We couldn't be more pleased with the service.

First experience with D&G EDF client…
First experience with D&G EDF client Insurance. They turned up early knowing we were not in and went home as their other bookings were cancelled we were told. They had no idea when they could re-book. On the so called vulnerable list! Disgraceful!

Scammers… they were sent to do a boiler service by D&G, engineer was in the house for 10 mins with no mention of issues whilst he was there, after he had left had Right Gas called to say he changed the expansion vessel and I had to pay the excess .. expansion vessel change and a boiler service within 10 mins clearly they are trying take advantage of D&G by trying to charge them for fictitious work

A recent boiler service by Rightgas was carried out quickly and efficiently by the engineer S Ronald. He was polite and I felt that all was completed as it should have been. I have seen the bad reviews and must admit that an engineer who carried out the same service some years ago was quite the opposite so I would have agreed with them but after a recent service I can now recommend Rightgas.
Modern Day Burglary
Modern Day Burglary! Don't let these guys into your home! I had a boiler policy with Scottish Power who outsource to these guys. After a normal boiler service, which worked fine other than a drop in pressure occasionally, I was told by the engineer (Ross) that my boiler was uneconomical to repair, even though it worked fine! Literally the following morning I was receiving calls from a connected company trying to sell me a boiler! After getting a 2nd opinion I paid the manufacturer of my boiler to come in and they replaced a £20 part and now i have no issues with my boiler. Avoid at all costs, they won't service your boiler they will find lots of things wrong with it and then pass your details onto other companies without your consent. Its a total scam AVOID AVOID AVOID

Dan from this company came at request of Homeserve to fix a leak 2 hours after the agreed time slot. I had been without hot water and heating for 4 days with 2 very young children. I did explain this to Josh (HO) who said the leak will be fixed and there would be no time limit once Dan arrives due to us having young children. I had taken the day off work, Dan arrived around 14.45, spent 5 mins and said he could not do it today as he had another 7 jobs to do. He said my job will take too long (over 4 hours). I explained I had 2 very young children and had been without hot water and heating, to which he said he couldn't do anything about. He said Josh would call me back to arrange a fix the next day. I didn't get a call from Josh. Lies were then made up to other reasons why they didn't fix the leak. Do not trust this company, they are littered with similar / bad and negative reviews on Google, Trust Pilot and Yell etc where they lie and rip people off!!!
Excellent Service From Rightgas
My insurance company booked Rightgas to deal with a problem with the thermostat on our hot water tank. I then looked at Trustpilot and was horrified by the reviews. It was too late to cancel so I had no choice but to wait for the engineer. I am glad I did as the engineer rang me to say he would be with me soon. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me and explained what he was doing and offered some good advice. Overall he was efficient and did a first class job with excellent customer service and I had every confidence in him.
