Really absolutely amazing experience. Team was exteremely helpful and so nice !

My experience of moving with this company was very stressful and unpleasant. I asked for a quote for a 3-bedroomed house and was told to send videos and photographs via WhatsApp, which I did. What I didn’t realise at the time was that one of the videos hadn’t gone through. The company sent me a quote which I accepted. However, I queried whether the size of the van would be adequate but was simply told that they were confident it would be. The quote had in fact been made on the basis of a much shorter video of one bedroom and nobody thought to query this despite my having asked for a quote for a three bedroomed house. Later I was asked for a full inventory for customs which I ended up sending three times as they had sent the wrong forms. Still nobody checked this against the quote. On the day I was told that the van couldn’t fit everything in. When I spoke first to the manager and a colleague they both immediately denied any culpability at all (I admitted it was my fault for not checking the second video had gone through but I had sent them a full inventory months in advance). The manager then booked two vans through contractors and as I had no choice I had to agree to the additional charges. On the way to Ireland we were told that we had to pay the full amount by midnight or they would not deliver our goods. Even when we paid £4,000 and asked if we could negotiate a discount on the remainder The manager’s response was that he was redirecting our vans to the local police station! His emails were ranting, bullying and aggressive. We were forced to pay over £5,000. His approach was utterly unprofessional and aggressive and it added hugely to the stress of the move. So if you want a moving company who act professionally when things go wrong I would definitely avoid this company. I also note other reviewers have had similar experiences. The drivers and the guys helping him were very nice and efficient however, just a shame about the management.

I have only positives to say about this company.
All my belongings, from UK to Germany arrived on time and completely damage free.
The service was excellent.
The moving team were very professional and friendly.
I can only highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!!

Everything went smoothly from assisting us in completing the customs forms, organising collection and delivery and providing help and advise along the way. A big thank you to Chloe in the office for that.

These guys were extremely helpful. We have them very short notice about our move from Dublin to London.
The movers were contactable at all times throughout the transport of our furniture and belongings.
The admin were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with - they gave us a breakdown of what our costs were, what size van would be needed, etc.
Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had an excellent experience with Right Moving when we moved from the UK to Spain.
Mario was very helpful organising everything and the team that came to pack and load our goods worked really hard to do it all in 1 day! Then, all our things arrived to our new home in Spain in just a few days.
We noticed an issue with a couple of things when they arrived, but Mario offered a solution and we were very pleased with it :)

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, highly responsive communications, immediate problem-solving when our items went over weight for the van, not a single item broken in two van loads to the other side of Spain. Very helpful drivers made sure everything was wrapped & loaded safely & big items left in the correct rooms on arrival. Chose this company after a lot of research and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend!

The team are wonderful, professional and they were with me every step of the way. Chloe and Mario were extremely helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions.
On the day of the move, the drivers turned up on time and everything went smoothly. They were very fast, efficient and careful while loading everything onto the vans, and they were just as good while offloading at the other end.
I definitely recommend Right Moving to anyone looking for a good removals company!

I can honestly say how impressed we were with Right Moving for our relocation overseas. From start to finish the whole team were fantastic. I have to say a huge thank you firstly to James who guided us through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Also thank you to Mario for being able to respond quickly with any other questions I had so I always felt there was someone to speak to.
On the actual day of the move the team were absolutely great , arriving on time with the vans and literally everyone didn’t stop until it was all packed and loaded. So a huge thank you to Robert and his team who worked so hard that day.
The vans with the team arrived safely the next morning and within a couple of hours everything was unloaded , with nothing broken, damaged or missing and it was all done.
I really cannot thank everyone enough at Right Moving for all their help, guidance ,support and patience and making the move much easier than we anticipated.
Such a wonderful professional team of people and we felt we were completely in the best hands.

Just moved from southern UK to Italy. Communications with this company were fast and efficient throughout. Advice was excellent. James was on the ball and very helpful. On the day the team turned up, got to work and were friendly and helpful. Two vans were needed so the drivers headed off to Italy and I flew out to meet them. They emailed me to say they would arrive at 0900 on the Saturday and that’s exactly when they arrived. Smiling, helpful and efficient despite the long drive. Vans unloaded and all boxes in great shape and nothing broken. What I thought would be a stressful and painful process was far easier than I thought it would be. Highly recommended if you are moving. You know when a price sounds too good to be true (having compared to other movers), but you risk it anyway and it pays off? THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE DAYS! They really went beyond the call of duty during a storm to move us across the Irish sea. Big thanks to Chloe, Robert, Mario, and that other guy with the really clean white van. Really good communication, thorough paperwork etc.
