I cannot express how frustrating it has been dealing with Right Now Residential. We've been living in our flat for over a month now, and the number of issues we've encountered is mind-boggling. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication from the agency.

First, no one ever picks up the phone. When we do manage to get through, we're promised a callback that never happens. We've sent numerous emails outlining serious maintenance issues—everything from a malfunctioning boiler to a dark, unusable living room—and yet we get no responses. We've even addressed these emails to multiple people at the agency, begging for someone to help. Still, nothing.

Kyah, the person supposedly responsible for our tenancy, is utterly unresponsive. We’ve had to chase her repeatedly, spending our days just trying to get a reply. When we finally managed to contact the maintenance company ourselves, they were only informed about one issue—the boiler. The list of problems is much longer: broken shower doors, doors that don’t close properly, and all the lights in the living room are out! Despite bringing these issues to their attention multiple times, nothing has been resolved for one whole month. It is so frustrating to keep sending emails for which we never receive a reply.

We’ve been more than patient, but living in a flat with no proper lighting, an unreliable boiler, and non-functional doors is unacceptable. This agency seems to have no regard for their tenants' wellbeing, and we are expected to pay rent for a place full of issues.

Right Now Residential is causing us a lot of stress and discomfort. We’re fed up with being ignored, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Absolutely 0/10. Rats, mice, mould and no WiFi. AVOID at all costs!

There are 30+ rats ive seen on the property in the last month. Even the cleaners are afraid to work here.

Avoid at all costs. I stayed at the Antigallican, 428 Woolwich Rd last year for a year and it was the worst experience of my life. Right now managed the property and all they did was rip me off. Internet was terrible, hot water went out for multiple days so many times. Safety was always an issue. And right now were terrible throughout all of it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Chloe is the best as she provides the timely responses and assist my progression guidance. Highly recommend it!

I had bad experience with RNR.
I am a landlord and they definitely do not work for the landlords.
They are just lazy people making zero efforts, having no clue of what is actually happening in the property.
My flat has apparently a damp, they never reported it.
My boiler needed replacement they did not get the tenant to agree on having work done

They are just useless.

From Start to Finish (and even after), the service has been superb, friendly and fast. They made renting soooo sooo easy.

Everything about my experience was was great. Very prompt and clear communications. Natalie was great in arranging and providing the viewing, and Chloe was brilliant in providing all the information I needed and preparing everything for the move in. Highly recommended.

Nice property and room. Customer service is not good though, had WiFi issues for 2 months now and property manager Mantas does nothing to sort it, not very happy.

Chloe was very helpful and kind, trying to find different solutions we encounter to sign the agreement. All the emails were very clear with good explanations. Nice and professional in the communication.

Although I had to chase up the referencing process at some point, which was a bit stressful, the overall experience when it comes to tenancy progression services was really good.

I would highly recommend Right Now Residential. The gentleman Alex, I first spoke on the phone was so professional, kind and patient during the whole letting process.

Even after I rushed and paid my holding deposit for the property I was interested for rent then changed my mind and cancelled it.

When I said to Alex that I have decided to cancel my tenant agreement and asked for deposit refund he was so kind and understood my position. In a minute he was able to confirm me that I would be refunded by Right Now Residential. Then I went to the headquarters of the company and met Alex. I explained to him why I took the decision and he understood me and was so kind and supportive. Thanks to the bottom of my heart Alex!

It is not just the professional but above all the humanity I found there.
