Vultures. When my late sister died we placed her shared ownership property on the market. As these types of properties have strict valuation rules, we were not able to sell the property for a long time.

This company looked up the ownership of the flat and obtained my late sister's name and chose to write a few letters to her, telling her how she could sell her flat quickly. I had already returned the first to sender to ask them to stop but they ignored that.

I know that the name was obtained from the title deeds - however just because that can be obtained, it does not mean that companies are permitted to send direct marketing to property owners.

It was extremely upsetting and when I emailed the company to ask them to stop - there was no apology. The sales manager just emailed back and upset me further by telling me it wasn't a GDPR breach and how they had every right to do what they do. They had just used the publicly available information accessed via a system called Spectre.

Just because information is publicly available - that does not mean you can send marketing if someone has not opted in. Receiving letters addressed to my late sister was very upsetting and unnecessary, just because this company wants to win new business.

Mariam Fayad was excellent in expediting my move into my new studio and helped alleviate a lot of stress that comes with a new move and continues to show support even post move which I deeply appreciate. I highly recommend and rate her

Please do not go with RightNow residential as we completed our tenancy 5 weeks ago and the team is very unresponsive in returning the deposits that they happily asked for when we moved in. Secondly, a lot of issues we reported were not acknowledged properly or delayed to the extent that you start living with those issues. At the same time very active when it is time to renew the contract or when the rent is delayed by even a single day.

We are so appreciative and grateful to have found such a professional and trustworthy service. They really help to guide us through the process of renting a property. We would want to use their services again.
