Avoid at all costs
I would not give them one star to be honest. I ordered probiotics that my 17 month old needs to take aswell as zinc liquid for myself. That was 6th October 2021. On recieving the order, the zinc is not as it should be, with white substance in it. After contacting them numerous times via email and phone. Noone has called me back as stated or replied to emails. All my order is still sat it the box as I refuse to give my son or something that may not be safe. And I will not be taking a product thats not as it should.
I would say to definitely AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I was somewhat hesitant to use this company as there were a couple of bad reviews, but thankfully I ignored them!! I placed an order on 13th June which was confirmed instantly and has been delivered today 16th June. Very professional, kept me informed at all times and excellent value for money. result!

Fast delivery, super competitive prices
I am so glad I came across this company as my usual fish oil that I usually purchase from another company is much cheaper here.I feared that perhaps it would be close to expiry date as is usual when things are cheaper but not so in this case.Another bonus is that even though we are in the middle of another lockdown the order arrived in a couple of days.I shall certainly be using this company again in the future.

Appalling company
Appalling company. Ordered prebiotics for £18. 3 weeks later, no delivery. Complained. Jobsworth said it was delivered and after an interminable conversation with him said 'take it up with the post office'. Yeah right, I'm expected to give up another hour of my life to argue with them. Bad company...do not trust them.

The order was placed on 30th December and the Royal Mail tracking shows that it was delivered on 4th January. This tracking also includes a map with coordinates of the delivery scan.
The next step in these rare situations is to question the delivery office but they will only speak to the recipient. Beyond that, we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail. My colleague tried to explain this to you and followed up with an email to you about it.
Unfortunately my colleague was met with unpleasantness on the phone and no response to the email. We were therefore unable to do anything further to help.

TERRIBLE - AVOID
TERRIBLE. Never received the product. No answer to emails or phonecalls. Finally get through to the Manager who rudely invited me to raise a dispute through PAYPAL. DONE!!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
[Edit: a year later, and I've just received an email saying the vendor has responded... as if you would remember over a year ago that I was allegedly rude on the phone etc... laughable. The Manager was rude to me, not me to him. As I said straight after the event, in my review. A year later, your 'update' has no value. Why bother... you should have just left it alone]

Your order was placed just before the first pandemic lockdown when there was a massive rush on various products.
As a pharmacy and website, it was an incredibly challenging time.
We emailed you to inform you that there may be a delay in getting your order to you due to supply and postal issues which were completely out of our control. We offered you a refund if you did not wish to wait.
You phoned our pharmacy and were quite rude to my colleague who was only trying to help and provide information. You then responded to our email asking for a refund which we did promptly.
Unfortunately, the massive surge buying and hoarding due to the pandemic was a situation that was out of our control. Those customers who were kind and patient enough to wait received their orders a few days later with the extra goodies as our way of saying thank you.
