DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS. After reading the previous reviews- i am skeptical that they are even a legit company.
We paid 195 pounds for a "plumber" to come to our property, say he needs to order a part and then disapear to never be seen again.
They did not show up when they said they would and when i called them to complain- i was told "we have no managers here".

DO NOT USE THEM. HORRENDOUS COMPANY.

Care Co at Righto-This company does not admit that they do anything wrong especially when they breach the contract.
I have sent 4 emails to them and they are basically called myself a LIAR.
They maintain that a scribble handwriting on a worksheet is mine and i have told them it is not and that i do not do scribbled signatures.
They maintain that even thought they have broken the contract by not fixing the repair that i must pay them £330 or else.
This company is not to be trusted and should remember that it is a two way relationship not just them but the customer as well .After spending 4.5 hrs over a two week period and providing evidence they are at fault they are demanding that i pay £330 when the repair has been completed.
Normally i find companies customer friendly and when provided with proof they still insinuate that i am a LIAR. They are a company who is a dictator and does not recognize the importance of customer relationships

This company does not tell u they add vat on top of the fee they charge guarantee the work for a year and any parts then tell u they can't get the part but willing to fit u a new boiler total rip off do not use the company or any plumber associated with them you have been warned

Terrible company got charged £176 for less than 5 minutes work all the plumber did was screw a loose pipe on my radiator which I could have done myself, see others having similar problems I am going to trading standards to report this company

Terrible service charged £435.60 for 1 hour 40 mins wasn't told about the cost if the plumber went over the hour they charged £97:50+ VAT for parts which cost £11:64 in Screwfix. They never call you back when you call them you have to keep calling them and they cancelled twice on me. I am in dispute with them and notice that they went into voluntary liquidation one year and 9 months ago I think their trying to recoup their loses at the customers expense.

I would never use this company again, they told me the price i was told would b the price id pay, they never mentioned vat on top so i paid 170.00 pounds for 23 minutes,of work i still had a problem with the work done so phoned and no reply, then i got a text saying a engineer was on his way i didn't even book it, there custom service is terrible, it took 3 email and a phone call to cancel plan, sorry should have been no stars,

Awful company they were charging me £360.00 for a 3 port valve repair for my hot water which wasn't working. I had the job done from picadilly plumbing which cost me half the price.

Righto then charged me £190 for sending an engineer out to my property for 15 minutes.

In the process of complaining to financial ombudsman and getting a copy of my conversation with phone advisor as wasnt made aware of charges in place if i didnt take company on for repairs to my boiler.
So basically they are charging me £12.00 a minute for coming out to my property!
