my swim suit is not the size i ordered. i am requeting a refund. if i am not pleased with their response i will request that PayPal refund my money.

DO NOT purchase from here! Got completely different colour to what was ordered. Quality was absolutely disgraceful. Swimwear is so thin could see through and definitely NOT to size. Responded to email but their customer service offer to refund 25% of item (near nothing) and not to return as wouldn’t be worth it. Item has been binned as it’s not ever wearable. Biggest waste of $80. Again DO NOT be fooled and stay away from buying off them.

I am very disappointed with the swimming suit.. It had no bottom, just the top, and no bra. It would only work for a boobless woman. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. It was a blouse. not a bathing suit.

Received incorrect dress in incorrect size. Very dissatisfied. Will not buy from this company again. Dated 10 Aug 22. Received offer of 10% refund, then offered $20. As it is PayPal will reimburse me the full amount $41.99. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALWAYS USE PAYPAL.

Saw beautiful dresses on website. Site said free returns within 30 days and they were shipped from the USA. They were not cheap. What I would expect to pay at Kohl's. I ordered 2. BIG MISTAKE! The dresses are vaguely similar to the picture. Definitely a poor knockoff. I thought at first they were too big so I sent a message to customer service via email. Got a timely reply. Was told for an additional 19 to 12 dollars they would send me a smaller size and I didn't need to return the ones I have. I really didn't want to invest any more money so I declined and asked to return them. I was informed that I would need to return them to China at my expense or be satisfied with 10 percent of my money back. I also notice a charge for .80 on my credit card. I strongly suggest that you avoid this company.

Awful. Wrong items sent. Can’t get a response from company about returns. They are as pathetic as LightInTheBox. Same issues. Not American made for sure!

Received my order in a timely manner. Styles as advertised, fit variable but fabric absolutely dreadful. I would have gladly paid more to have good fabric in the garments. As it is, I may be able to wear 1or2 items

Their ad states made in US but it is made in China and if it doesn’t fit you must return it to China and pay for shipping both ways so the refund is usually less than the 30 percent they will eventually offer you (started with 10 percent). Shady practices; save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!!!!!

Mis advertised dress, wrong items shipped, offered 10% refund or 40% off next purchase - like I would ever shop there again. Package came from US address, telling me to return to a sketchy China address. Terrible experience. No customer service phone. Looking for how to report this company.

Right she sent incorrect item and refused refund. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered in January. It is now April. I have not received my merchandise and on several occasions have reached out to the company and been told that it has been shipped, to just be patient, that and it will be delivered. The tracking number they gave us says it was delivered to the doorman. I have no doorman. I've waited 4 months for shirts that were supposedly manufactured and shipped from California. All lies!! Do not use this company! They are horrible their shipping is worse than that, and they are falsely representing as an American company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Rip offs!!!!! I ordered 4 shirts and only 1 fit even though they were the same size. 1 of them was not what I ordered, just some random shirt. Took 2 months to get them. Terrible company!!! Do not order from these thieves!! Refused my refund!!

This company claimed to be USA made and shipped however, they are Chinese. It took over 35 days to receive my order. Then when I got it - they sent 2 of the correct items - though the wrong size and 1 item that wasn't even close to the shirt I ordered as it was a dress. Their site claimed they refunded your money as long as you made the claim in 30 days - I made the claim the same day I finally recieved it and they are now saying they will not refund my money.

I bought a shirt and when i received it, it was the wrong shirt. I contacted them and they said said they didn't have any mediums in the shirt i wanted so they sent me something similar. The shirt was no where similar..

When I called they said they couldnt give me the correct shirt but they would give me 10% off, then 20%, then 30%. I then told them no and i have not heard from them since.

Placed an order for 3 tops for my wife. They claimed to have shipped them. Even supplied a tracking number. The tracking just shows a label was created. It's been almost 2 months and they refuse to issue a refund. They just keep asking to wait. Do not use them.

I bought 2 tops- one was the right size (small) - the other top was XXL- this company does not answer their phone 502-833-8765 - if you check out their address on file 4437 Wiscunsin Ave Washington ? This address does not exist and Wisconsin is spelled wrong. I cannot reach anybody to return this huge ugly top in order to get my money back. I would not buy anything else from this so called company. I have sent 2 emails to them with no response.

I bought four tops from this company before Christmas and they arrived on time, the packaging was undamaged and the clothes are of great quality. Will definitely buy again in the future.
