I had a fantastic experience at Right Tiles in Hanworth while sourcing tiles for my bathrooms and lounge.

The service was top-notch from day one. On our very first visit, we met Parth, who was so welcoming and helpful. He even made us our first round of coffees! It was because of Parth’s excellent initial impression and great service that we decided Right Tiles was the right place for us.

From that point on, Najam took care of us, and he was absolutely brilliant. He is the definition of professional - knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and remarkably patient. Even though we visited the showroom many times (and took up quite a bit of his time!), he was always happy to help and kept the coffee flowing on every single visit!

Najam’s eye for color combinations was spot on. With his expert guidance, we selected floor, wall, and feature tiles that look stunning together. We’ve had non-stop compliments from everyone who has seen the finished rooms on how perfectly everything complements each other.

I would highly recommend Right Tiles Hanworth to all my family and friends. If you want quality tiles and a team that actually cares, look no further than Parth and Najam!

I recently visited Right Tiles in Isleworth and had a really good experience with Ash and Saqib. They were very helpful and easy to talk to.
They explained the different types of tiles in a simple way, like what works best for kitchen or bathroom, which ones are strong, and which are easy to clean. This made it much easier for me to choose.
They were patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me at all. Overall, great service and I’m happy with my visit.

Umar and team have been fantastic. Helping us chose tiles for our bathroom to arranging delivery and then reordering tiles when we fell short. These guys are so kind, genuine and warm. They treat customers as family. Their prices are great too and they have a huge range to chose from. Highly recommend vising the croyden branch for great tiles, a good bargain and lovely staff!!

Great experience dealing with Right Tiles Isleworth and I was well looked after by Ash. I was specifically looking for 120 x 60 cm tiles and Right Tiles didn’t only have many options to choose from, they also had many available in stock. Prices were reasonable and the tiles were delivered a few days after I placed my order. Correspondence was simply and fast via WhatsApp. Two tiles arrived damaged but it didn’t matter, as we cut them to fit a smaller area.

I purchased 75 sqm of tiles from Right Tile Hanworth and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the guidance and support I received were excellent. The team and manager Najam handled everything professionally — from helping me choose the right tiles to preparing the order and arranging delivery with great care.

They had the best wood effect plank porcelain tiles I could find in Croydon, imported from Spain , the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been coming to the Hayes branch for a few years now because of the great service and polite attitude of the staff. A BIG special thank you to Ali J, Waleed and Raghav for the extra mile they always go to help me. 5 star rating from me.

Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Aggressive "Utterly bottom-tier service. Umar is a con artist who tricks customers into buying the wrong products and then refuses to return their money. After six months of lies regarding a refund, he moved the goalposts to 'store credit' and stopped taking my calls. When confronted, his response was to become abusive and hostile. He has done this to multiple people I know. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional."

My experience with Right Tiles (Hayes branch) has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

Before purchasing, I was clearly told that the tiles would take approximately three weeks to arrive, with reassurance that they could be sourced from other branches. Based on this information, I went ahead with the purchase.

Three weeks passed with no call, no message, and no update. When I eventually contacted them myself, I was then told that the tiles were actually coming from overseas, needed to clear customs, and that there was no confirmed delivery date. This was never mentioned at the time of sale. Had I been told this upfront, I would have chosen alternative tiles that were readily available.

Since then, communication has been extremely poor. Every call results in the same response:
“Someone will call you back,” or “Send a text and we’ll get back to you.”
No one ever does.

Responsibility is constantly passed from one staff member to another, with no accountability. I am now at the stage where calls go unanswered and messages are ignored entirely.

Delays can happen — I understand that. But lack of honesty, lack of updates, and complete absence of customer care after payment is unacceptable. A simple courtesy call or message would have made a huge difference.
