I had a mixed experience with…

I had a mixed experience with RightTrades. While the bathroom installation was completed, the quality of tiles didn't meet expectations, and there were issues with promised certifications. Communication was frustrating at times, but the fitter worked hard. It’s not perfect, but they did get the job done. Would say it’s far from ideal.

Well...just to balance the reviews

Well...just to balance the reviews. Very bad experience. Overpriced and did not deliver what was promised. At the end was adviced company is in liquidation and will not follow the complaint procedure. Would never use their services again!

I have had a contract with righttrades, paid righttrades directly and bought items from righttrades - not your contractor. I have no issues with the installation. I have an issue with the quality of tiles you have provided and absence of the NICEIC certificate you have advised will be present.

Plus I am quite surpised you still trade. You have confirmed you are in the liquidation process. Which is correct then?

Do not scare me with your legal team. It is the most coward thing you can do really.
I have paid the full amount on the invoice and you know it. I am not happy with the quality of the tiles you have provided as they do not reflect THE MONEY I HAVE PAID! Also, you know you have been chosen due to a specific bath we were installing-that requires NICEIC certification. More than being conned, I regret services you provide, lack of transparent complaint procedure, guarantes and lies.
I might not like to go into litigation, however, I have no problem with that. Please visit me and my bathroom with your legal team;)

OMG...yet you are still in contact!!! As advised please come over with your legal team and see my bathroom. I have paid you in full and I am not knocking the price down!!! I want you to provide me with the NICEIC certificate as promised, for the work that have been done and I have paid for. Second - change my tiles for the one that will not break!!! As I have paid quite a lot of money for a poor quality product that you will not warranty!!!Very hard working, value family run business you are...

Please, do not lie about a non payment as it is absolutely not necessary, and not correct. If it makes you feel better you can reply using this argument even though it is not true. I have paid more than this bathroom is worth, and am worried will have to change it and pay even more for new tiles...If you value your customers input, repair what you have provided-better quality tiles that I have paid for!!!

For the record, looks like you are still trading even though you have advised me this is not a case. Taken into account your lies, I will rest my case. Can't wait for your legal team thou. The full amount for the works is gone from my account, I will gladly check with my bank what happened with these money as I might have paid a financial fraudster, oposite to the bathroom fitter one.

As said, I have paid for a bathroom. Been promised a NICEIC as required electrics works. Been promised products of good quality (and despite having own items changed my mind and bought the ones you have recommended) And as a bottom line, tiles are faulty. Accept the complaint. Rectify the issue. AND THEN I WILL LEAVE A POSITIVE COMMENT.

Please come and retrive the non payment... I will not even carry on with this stupid conversation. What type of the company are you to deem works not safe and walk off??? I will contact an electrician myself (pay even more than already had put into this bathroom renovation)...and have it checked for safety-please note that for your legal action. How can you say that your fitter is not up to standars knowing what we have requested???What type of a person are you? It does break my heart knowing people like you can do stuff you are doing to us.

First I hear Stuart. Just enjoy yourself when looking in the mirror. I will contact NICEIC and will rectify all of the works Righttrades have done. At the end you have taken the money, you have left us with this mess and it all says how you look after your customers. You can still trade, you can scare me and tell lies all along you want, you can twist facts etc. This what you say is not worth my time...you recommended nothing, you just took the money and left us with faulty tiles (I have seen no guarante etc and the way you are protected says all about your services). My stand has not changed. I have paid for electric works and NICEIC, you have promised same. I kept my side of a bargain you have failed and have not raise to standard. Your tiles have b&q waranty I have not seen so far...everytime I repeat my stand you comment change up to your needs. Just have fun. And as promised, please do not reply;)

Had a new bathroom fitted by this…

Had a new bathroom fitted by this company. They were very professional and pleasant throughout. Would highly recommend them to fit bathrooms and will use them for my kitchen in summer. Thanks to Stuart and his team for a great job.

New bathroom.

New bathroom. Excellent workmanship - Amazing Artur worked non stop. Prompt and efficient service. Just as work commenced, we were told that tiles chosen were out of stock and hurriedly had to choose different ones. Also, unfortunately let down by supplier who were unable to supply the cupboard as planned. In the end had to do without and Stuart knocked price off the bill. However, would recommend RightTrades.

Downstairs Bathroom

What a fantastic experience we had using Right Trades, from my first email to Lauren enquiring about the bathroom right through to the end.
Stuart came out within a day of the enquiry and was very down to earth and helped us to plan the bathroom, he gave advice which was greatly appreciated which others had failed to do and we received a quote with the plan within 24 hours.

Stuart came out the first day to make sure everything had arrived and his fitter Dom was extremely helpful.

Their service from start to finish is second to none. The design is amazing that they send to you so you can visualise how the bathroom will look. The products and tiles are of a very high standard.

After having our downstairs bathroom done we were so delighted with it we have booked in to get our upstairs one done too.

New Bathroom

I have just had a whole new bathroom fitted and I am very pleased with the results. Stuart helped me with the design and sent me a 360 photo to see what it would look like. Dominic was a hard worker (even with an injury), polite, tidy and punctual.
I would definitely recommend RightTrades and when I can afford a new kitchen I will be using them again.

Returning happy customer

Second time I have used RightTrades. I had an electrical emergency and they fitted me in the very same day. The fault was quickly identified and rectified. I can not recommend them enough. Brilliant!

Booked a job with RightTrades when our…

Booked a job with RightTrades when our toilet stopped flushing and leaking water into the bowl. Needed someone quick and reliable and that is exactly what we got. A plumber arrived the next morning and was easily able to identify and fix the problem. An added bonus was that he also was able to balance our radiators upon short notice.
The experience from booking to completion was smooth and efficient and we were more than happy with the price! Will definitely be using the services of RightTrades in the future.

Friendly, experienced and cost effective

We used Right Traders to fit a new fuse box after moving into our first home. Due to the age of the house the electrician recommended we have a full rewire due to out of date and faulty wiring. We wanted our home to be safe, and as most of the electrics were not in places which were beneficial to us anyway, we knew this was the perfect time to have the house rewired. We were never made to feel pressured into making a decision, and everything was explained in detailed and professional manner.
Stuart came to the property where we discussed where we would like new sockets/switches and security lights. He explained that smoke alarms were also included as standard. He detailed all of this on a written contract. The price of the rewire was very reasonable and also included a plasterer for the walls/ceilings where the electrician had channelled the new wiring. The rewire was started and completed the following week. We were delighted with the professional finish, and the sockets and switches were exactly where we had asked them to be. I would highly recommend Right Traders as a friendly, experienced and cost effective company. We will most definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future.

Homeserve electrics

Been having trouble with the fuse board in my house so I called the Homeserve hotline for advice late afternoon. An electrician arrived on my doorstop at 8.30 the following morning, having driven through heavy snowfall. He checked all contacts and circuits,the only possible fault found was the circuit breaker in the board was a different brand, so he ordered a new one for me there and then. Having given reassurance that the house was unlikely to burn down, he left and arrived 2 days later with the new parts.
I was impressed with the friendly service provided by the young man(Andrew) and the time he took to check everything thoroughly.
