This company trades under 2 names …

This company trades under 2 names right way wills and Yorkshire wills and probate. I have had dealings with this company and my advice is not to commit to anything with this company before you take advice from some others. As once they take your payment you will find it very difficult to cancel with them . I contacted my bank regarding
my situation and the bank agreed that I had been treated unfairly so did a charge back for my payment . The company couldn't provide sufficient evidence so the case went in my favour . Now Yorkshire wills and probate part of this company are persueing me through debt recovery even though I don't want to use there services . I have since learned that extra unnecessary charges were added to my account and some of the information we were given regarding a trust were not correct.

A fantastic Company!…

A fantastic Company who made the experience of writing a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney for property and financial affairs easy. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend them.
