I won a $200 shoe. tried to withdrawal, multiple, each time i left it for days up to a month even though support said it said 30 minutes... I contacted support 10+ times... everytime, ignored. absolute scam. never use. I even contacted on another account, they responded, then I brought up them not doing my withdrawal and then they ignored me again. And I'm editing/reposting this to clarify the response from RillaBox: First - no KYC verification was EVER prompted to me... not on the site, the rules, or by support. EVER. Support completely ignored me for months after sending multiple emails and even a lawyer contacting them.

2) support NEVER NEVER NEVER responded to "contact the admin email". support literally ignored my message. never asking me to contact admin.

site is a scam DO NOT TRUST. they also buy good reviews.
I have screenshots of the issue as well and lots of proof that clearly my emails were NOT sent to spam or junk mail and purposefully ignored me, even going to the point where I would contact on another account, and they would respond to which I would bring up the issue and then boom, ignored.

I won't comment on whether they are a scam or not but for withdrawal of crypto to take as long as they do is ridiculous. I tried to withdraw twice but ended up processing forever so I cancelled it and lost it all. No live support either. Ass site

Please learn to read the comment before you post a reply. I said there's no withdrawal processing of cause I cancelled it, I'm sure your other customers where you "could not find withdrawal" is probably cause of the same reason. Second I deleted the account cause your site is ass with the withdrawal processing. There should be no reason as to why a crypto withdrawal should take a maximum of 24 hours to process. Third, your "fraud prevention" is entirely on you for not having a kyc system where every other box opening site has which is done within a matter of 5 minutes or less. Fourth, your support system took 9 hours to answer a simple email of mine which should not be the case if you had a better support system. At the end of the day, like I said I'm not going to comment on whether your site is a scam or not as I did more or less had some wins and some losses but what I'm commenting on is the fact that your site is ass when it comes to communication and ass withdrawal processing. I'm just a consumer that dissatisfied with your product and leaving an honest review of my opinion so whether or not other consumers choose to trust my review and not use you guys is up to them.

It just seems relatively shady to me that you don't post replies to all the "positive comments" which are usually one sentence; as it feels like bribed comments but when it comes to negative reviews, you post passive aggressive comments hoping the reviewers don't reply making your site seem more legit. Then again that's my own opinion. As for the withdrawal time being horrible, I believe all the other negative comments can attest to that.
