Extremely frustrating customer service - issue resolved next day
Extremely frustrating customer service, I called to fix a billing problem and the person was taking 20-30 seconds after I ask my question and when I ask did you hear my question, he does it again for 10-15 seconds. After 5 minutes I told him that I will not accept this anymore and will call back. With this service I will likely not use this company anymore.
