Ordering was easy and kept up to date on status of delivery. The only complications I had was with the delivery company UPS. They were not consistent with their delivery times so it took 4 different delivery times to have my package delivered. Attachment to rims was easy enough.

definitely a five-star product and experience. Receive the package as forecasted. Easy quick to do it yourself. It doesn't look like rim wheel locks at all. Definitely feels like it's the best wheel security on the market.

As far as from when I ordered it til now. The ordering was quick and easy. The website was very friendly user and the shipping was pretty good. Easy install. If you’re a picky guy. Ordered with hope…
Ordered these with the hope of just installing without issues. Seemed like a quality product. Unfortunately these locks will not fit over factory lug nuts on my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I could barely get 1 turn on one of the rims. The rest would not even catch the threads on the center inserts.
I can tell they are hitting the tops of the lug nuts and cannot go in any further. I spent a good 30-45 minutes trying to get them to work, but to no avail.
I have been trying to source shorter lug nuts but everything I find is either low quality or the same 30mm height as factory.
I would not recommend these at least for the 19 inch Honda wheels. Hopefully they take down the compatibility pictures on the site, as it is not true.

First of all, we are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are as frustrated as you about the fact that some Honda are equipped with taller lug nuts than others. There is no clear pattern here but the standard is normally the shorter version, with which Rimgard is compatible.
We try to be as informative as we can when it comes to trouble shooting incompatibility. We know that the shorter OEM can be sourced from Honda dealers, and since the lug will not be visible when covered by the module, we see no problem in buying a cheaper aftermarket option as long as it is certified.
We cannot find any record of you contacting us in this matter, so please reach out to our customer support info@rimgard.com and we'll be happy to assist you further, wether sourcing an alternative lug or preparing the return of your locks.
