I ordered rimgard for my Toyota camry hybrid se 2026.
They sent me with wrong size. Now I want them to take back my order and refund me the money.

But all in vain, no one really understands my problem. They just wanna earn money, nothing else.

I've been looking for a good wheelnut lock solution for some time. Common key nuts tend to degrade or break and seems easy to open for those who know how to. Rimgard original seemed difficult to move between summer and winter tyres. But now, Rimgard has developed a nut operated lockable nut that seem safe as well as robust and was easy to install.

Locks don’t fit on aftermarket wheels. You need to expect that many customers are buying this product after factory wheels have been taken. There should be more thread room on the locks to account for additional thickness in replacement wheels.

The Rimgard is a necessity if you park your vehicle on the street. My wheels were stolen twice, prior to installing the rimgards. Since getting them, I've had no issues. I've been leaving my wheels dirty so that if someone touched them, the hand prints would be visible after the fact. I haven't even seen evidence of tampering with the wheels. Apparently, the rimgards are a huge deterrent for wheel theft.

I love how easy they are to put on the only hard part was popping off the Honda logo on the wheel the plastic tool didn’t help much I had to use a 10 in 1 screwdriver metal but it was no issue after that

I never received the item I ordered, and the lack of support from Rimgard has been extremely disappointing. This part is critical for the safety of my family, yet I received no follow-up, no notification about delivery, and no guidance on how to retrieve the item.

I need immediate assistance to either:

Resend the item with confirmed delivery and tracking, or

Issue a full refund.

Locks for my vehicle were not specifically listed on the site. Emailed them and within hours responded confirming the fit and even emailed me a picture of another install from the same model/trim. Even from Sweden, the locks arrived in 3 days and the install process was exactly as described.

Received my wheel locks on time for my 2025 Crown Toyota. Installation was easy. Very happy with my purchase and the fact that any questions you have they reply right away.!!!A++++
