Account holder for several years don’t use phone or text much for my job just e mails and chats but kept the account active. One day woke up a text from my bank didn’t come thru !Number has been disconnected Contacted customer service everyone’s explanation different what did I do wrong? According to them I have sent spam calls & spam messages in breach of the guidelines what ???!!! when asked to send a list of calls and texts I have sent there is no reply They also asked for my ID which I have provided now that they have my ID what are they going to do with it?
