Not always consistent reception
Not always consistent reception, that maybe a wi fi issue.
Was cut off halfway through a call Fri Australia to England for a birthday due to credit running out. Frustrating to then have to organise credit again

-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://ringbritain.com/access_numbers.

Hit and miss
When I used this service in the US to have a UK number, it was great. I just moved to the UK and needed a US number. Unfortunately, I haven't had luck getting it up and running. I can't seem to find a US unlimited plan like I had for the UK, the UK plan auto renewed so I have a service I can't use, and after purchasing minutes and a US number, nobody has been successful in teaching me in the UK. I've reached out to customer service, but they haven't been very helpful, merely stating what's already on the website.
Edit: though I wasn't able to use the service while living in the UK, customer service was willing to cancel the charges I made trying to get it set up.
Be aware, virtual numbers can only be forwarded to UK landlines, not mobile phones.
