The product is great. I just expected it to be priced lower given that the Gen 1 unit isn’t working.

I really enjoy all the information the ring provides. I do feel that it is not very accurate being that before I even get out of bed. I already have steps for the day. I also did not like how majority of the time when I opened up the app the ring is not connecting. It eventually does, but it has been like that since the beginning, even though those flaws are there, I really am enjoying my purchase .

Ring provides all data it says it will. The app is not as easy to view all of the data on 1 page but you can navigate to see each section. So far battery has lasted as long as advertised. Fit does not bother me like some other reviews I have read, I am rough on jewelry and no scratches or blemishes so far. No major complaints so far.

I love how long the battery lasts AND that this ring has no subscription. The gold color matches my other gold rings perfectly. The app is very easy to use.

The ring was extremely easy to set up and I started wearing it on the first day. I love all the data it tracks and the way it's portrayed in the app. The main reason I got the ring was to track my sleep. I was unable to do this with my Apple Watch as I charge it over night. I really like how long I can go between charges with the ring - easily a week and more it I wanted to.

Not only is the product amazing! But their customer service was top tier as they solved a shipping issue for me!

I got originally my ringconn from kickstarter. Got it in december 2024. Ring lasted aboit 6 months as I started to have issues with battery draining in june of 2025. Got in touch with CS and they shipped me a replacement ring... that lasted about 9 months until I got issues with the battery again even if I babied the ring this time.

I really liked the product but unfortunately I would not recommend.

Way better than Oura. I love the replacement insurance offer too.

I had an Aura ring before & would slightly prefer their reports (probably because I got used to them). But they charged $6/month. So I bought Ringconn which is a one time charge. The difference is negligible. The other big advantage of Ringconn is that the battery charge lasts about a week. This is much easier to manage. The ring looks and feels slightly less finished, but not enough to make up for the monthly payments.

The customer service was great when I decided to go up a size on my ring. Currently loving my ring!

Quick shipping, responsive customer support

I do really like my ring and the shipping was quick once I ordered and put in my size. I like the way it tracks my sleep and stress levels. However I am very very disappointed in the fitness activity tracking and the fact that I cannot “start” a workout unless it is running, walk, rowing, etc. I never do rowing as an exercise but I do Pilates and weight lifting every day. I know I can go in and add the exercise after the fact but it doesn’t really track how my workout was which is a large part of the reason I purchased the ring. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this was not clearly outlined on your site. I really wish I could start my workout each time so I can see how that individual workout measured my heart rate, calories, etc. I wish I would have not purchased this ring for that reason because I cannot explain how disappointed I was in the lack of this feature.

I am also very upset that I purchased the Gen 2 ring about 2 months before the 3 was released. I wish the company would have communicated there was a newer version coming out soon because I would have waited to purchase. I understand that you don’t do that so you still get my money but I am extremely dissatisfied with this aspect of the company. I know there is a trade in program but getting 10% off or whatever the discount is, is nothing when I just purchased a couple hundred dollar ring 2 months ago.

Great at tracking all the things that I need and no subscriptions needed. I recommended this to my family and friends.

My RingConn’s battery now runs out in just one day after a year of use. The quality isn’t great. I wouldn’t recommend buying it.
