Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Unrefunded Shipping Costs
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience with Rino Pelle.
I was sent a defective coat with unstitched sleeves. Despite this being clearly a faulty item, I have not been reimbursed for the original shipping costs I paid when placing the order, nor for the return shipping costs that I was forced to pay due to the defect.
It is unacceptable that customers are made to bear the financial consequences of receiving damaged goods. I was informed by email that the return costs would be refunded because the coat was defective, but this has not been honored.
I would like this situation to be reviewed, as I believe customers should be warned about this practice. Sending defective products and refusing to fully reimburse shipping and return costs is unfair and misleading.

The coat was returned because it arrived defective, with the sleeves unstitched. As previously agreed, I should not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
As you can see, you still owe me 9'95€ for the return shipping costs. I kindly request that this remaining amount be refunded immediately.

However, you have charged me €9.95 for the return.
