If I could give minus five stars I would. I used the RinseMate unit for about a month. It stopped being able to hold a charge. I contacted RinseMate and they told me to send by email videos of the unit and the problem. I tried to reply with the information to the email address and it got bounced back. I was then told to transfer via Google and I don’t know how to do that and there is no reason why I should not send by email except I believe it has been deliberately blocked. I have wasted £59 on this shoddy product and I urge everyone not to buy it and waste your money.

Simple to set up; affordable price and easy to use. I have a health condition that often means numerous bathroom visits a day and this product helps, a lot, to reduce discomfort. Perfect when you don’t have the space in your bathroom. ☺️

Questions answered super quick. Delivery is about 2 weeks but easy to track.

The Rinse mate is life changing,
Small , easy to fill, sits discreetly by the toilet and does an awesome cleaning job, The charge lasts along time , I haven’t had to charge it yet , as it came already fully done . If I had to find any faults all I could say is that the part that sticks to the wall could use a screw hole as the suction cup doesn’t work unless you have wall tiles

I found Rinsemate good in communication though their tracking number needs work as it was not given... took just over a week to arrive , i use Rinsemate every day a handy bit of kit for ulcerative colitis suffering.
The sucker cup is hit n miss stick it up wait 24hrs then try holding handle on it... otherwise it will just fall off... better than paper esp if to regular.

Rinsemate was the answer to our dilemma; management
forbids installing bidet system. I discovered ads of Rinsemate in FB - our answer to our dilemma.
I immediately ordered it, and now our problem solved, and we are 1 happy campers.

As others are saying it did take a while the receive the product (from China) and the suction holder for the handle does not adhere to my marble countertop surface nearby - in my case the toilet back is covered by a cupboard. Also, as some others have said, there has been some leakage around the top at the handle. I'm not sure if this is a result if the position in which you put the handle after use as there may be water still there at the top of the tube that needs to drain down again, but I guess if the handle holder isn't doing the job to keep it in place (to drain the water down) then it's a problem with the holder. Anyway...for me the product does the job. Many users would benefit from starting with some toilet paper then use the stream of water after. It's not a really strong pressure, no, but if used after a bit of paper it does the job. I'm a bit concerned about some reviews with customer service if problems occur. I hope after a few mknths it will continue to charge etc. So far I have not had to charge it - was charged upon arrival. One other thing - the red sticker attached on the container sats 'If seal us broken it is non returnable' - something like that - but on my product the seal was already broken! Also, you have to break it to open the container to take the device etc out - so...this makes no sense. I hold onto hope that this Chine product will continue to work and be good value

I love it. I was doubtful before it arrived, and it took a long time to get here, but it’s brilliant. Yes it’s not as powerful as a fully plumbed one but it’s enough.

My only gripe, and the reason for the 4* is that the suction cap for the head is utterly pathetic. The designers could benefit from looking at IKEA’s Tisken range!

The communication from ordering to delivery was good.
The Rinse mate is great, really convenient and as good as I hoped it would be.
The suction holder doesn’t attach to my plastic cistern, ceramic sink or plaster wall, so I can’t hang the hose, it sits on a small stool next to the toilet.
It’s easy to refill and easy to use.
I still need to use some toilet paper so it doesn’t do away with it altogether.
I haven’t had to recharge it yet as I’ve only had it a week or two, so can’t comment on that.
Over all I am happy with it and recommend the Rinse Mate.

Do not waste your money on RinseMate. Their product build quality is poor, and their customer service is an absolute nightmare designed to exhaust you until you give up.

My handheld bidet unit failed structurally due to an internal snapped plastic nozzle. It completely stopped charging and powering on. I contacted them on June 30th with clear photographic evidence of the physical structural defect. It took them nearly TWO MONTHS of automated, repetitive, and agonizing back-and-forth emails to even process the claim.

Worse yet, their Quality Assurance (QA) team requested that I fill the dead, broken electrical unit with water and turn it on to "film the leak" for them. Doing this to a device with broken internal seals and an exposed lithium-ion battery port is incredibly dangerous and a massive short-circuit/fire hazard.

When I refused this hazardous request and pointed out that the unit is completely dead anyway, they tried to shift the blame onto me. In their final email, they claimed they couldn't verify the fault because I had detached the hose from the bidet unit after it broke—treating a standard detachable component like unapproved "dismantling" to avoid honoring their warranty.

Instead of a replacement for their defective hardware, they offered an insulting 15% discount code to buy a brand new one. I have officially walked away and bought a far better, cheaper alternative on Amazon with actual customer protection. Avoid RinseMate at all costs—terrible manufacturing, hostile warranty policies, and zero care for customer safety.

UPDATE: It gets even worse. After their support agent claimed they "appealed to upper management" to secure me an "exclusive 15% goodwill discount code (RMUP15)" as a special favor for my troubles, I checked my promotional inbox.

It turns out they flat-out lied. Code RMUP15 is actually just a completely generic marketing code sent out via an automated mass email to their entire newsletter list for a "Weekend Upgrade Sale." They didn't offer a single penny of actual goodwill compensation; they just tried to trick me into using a public marketing promotion to buy a whole new device. Unbelievable dishonesty. Avoid this company.

I am reviewing the reviews.! I wanted to buy, but after reading trust a pilot, I personally would touch it with a barge pole.
The thing I most picked up, was the non existent customer care, there isnt one reply to a problem on here or apology. . It sounds like they make excuses to rip people off. It is a bit hard to belive the good ones. 👍

Excellent product. Saved us

RinseMate has changed my hygiene routine for good! There is no more need for (un) 'flushable' wet wipes or sprays for dry paper. Installation was fast-n-easy, price was great, item is quality made and does the job.

It’s convenient, and with a jug big enough to hold a decent amount of water. Unfortunately, the spray is too wide and not pointed enough to get you clean, like a pro bidet. It’ll still mostly work in a pinch, but still not totally what I was looking for.

I order the product knowing I was going to have surgery and hoping this would help with recovery. It was a great purchase. I expect to continue using it.

Growing up we had a bidet in my parents’ house. My mother insisted on it. She had a bidet her entire life. I never knew why and never used it neither as a kid nor as a young adult. Years later when I got to my golden years and the process of wiping started to get tiresome and agonizing, I was thinking of renovating my bathroom to include a bidet or at least one of those expensive toilets that wash your behind. We didn’t because it was too expensive. Then I became disabled and had a hard time cleaning myself after going to the bathroom. Each time I went was a struggle and I would lie down afterwards to catch my breath after all that hard work.
That was until one day I saw the ad for Rinsemate. I bought the device immediately. I never buy anything that I see in ads, but I am so glad I bought it. It improved my life tremendously. No longer struggling. No longer hard work. No longer collapsing and almost fainting from trying to reach my behind. All I do is point the spray gun and click the button. That’s it. Point and click and FREEDOM!
Where have you been all my life?
The only caveat is that the gun is leaking when the water container is being filled up in the sink. I understand that it’s physics and the difference in height creates some leakage. However if it were more insulated maybe we wouldn’t have a problem. That’s the reason you got only 4 stars from me.

Great travel bidet. It has good capacity, strong spray and even a suction cup mount to put away the handle once done. I only wish it had a stream setting to really get up in there, otherwise, clean booty galore!

Quickly shipped. Love the variable pressure. I wish there were more sizes available.

This is a very handy and great piece of kit. I was a little sceptical about buying it but I thought I’d give it a try as I use quite a lot of wipes.
I’m glad I did. Not using wipes anymore so this little device should pay for itself in no time. It’s far mor hygiene than wipes when used with toilet paper. Very happy with it.
