Really disappointing experience. I’ve ordered two of these portable bidets, and on both occasions the suction cup has been faulty and simply doesn’t hold the shower head up, making it incredibly frustrating to use.

I contacted customer service about getting a replacement, but it’s now been weeks with no resolution. Despite chasing several times, I keep being told that it’s “with the quality control team”, with no meaningful update or indication of when a replacement will actually be sent.

Unfortunately, the product itself hasn’t been particularly impressive either. The water pressure is average at best and it frequently leaks.

After receiving the same faulty part twice and having such a poor experience with customer service, I definitely wouldn’t purchase this again or recommend it.

Suction cup on the hanging mechanism doesn’t work, absolutely no water pressure so 💩 didn’t budge. Not returnable so complete waste of money. The SprayMate on Amazon is much better.

Great product. And customer service from rinsemate. Very happy with my product.

Great product, very easy to travel with and set up to use. The spray function is easy to charge and works very well. The 2 speed setting is also very useful. The suction holder didn’t work well although we kept trying. It didn’t stick properly and kept falling off, so in the end we used the Rinsemate without the holder in place. No problems after that! 🙂
Delivery takes some so order well in advance. I ordered mine for a 1 week family road trip and it arrived 1 day before and was such a blessing in disguise!

It works really well. It's hard to imagine not having this wonderful product in our restroom. I also love that it's completely portable. So well conceived and it really works very effectively. Thank you!

I like the tank size it fits well next to the toilet and cabinet, also the nozzle has two options of spray which I use and the hose is long enough to use sitting down or standing! Adding my own filtered water from my reverse osmosis machine rather than tap is great, room temperature feels right.

Got the Rinsemate to use for cleaning my ostomy bag. Best thing I have done. Makes cleaning easier and quicker. So much better for making me feel like I’m really clean!

This is a great gadget , I feel so much cleaner using this and it works so well, I am Pleased with my purchase and looks great in my Loo/toilet People just buy one 🤙🏽👍

Rinsemate makes hygiene even easier, it doesn’t matter whether you need it because of bowel issues, incontinence, periods or just wanting to feel fresh, rinsemate, has you covered front to back. Even helps with cleaning the toilet. Would get 5stars but the holder is useless but I just got an adhesive hook and job done.

I was initially reluctant to order the RinseMate, in case it was an overpriced, low quality gadget but I’m so glad I did.
Robust, high quality portable bidet that really does the job. Never felt cleaner and it will probably pay for itself in my reduced spending on toilet paper alone.
If you’re hesitating, don’t, this product is exactly as described and works perfectly.

WOW! Why didn't I know about this amazing product sooner?!?! My life would have been so much easier and practical, plus a damn sight cleaner and fresher. I have been suffering from Crohn's disease for around 20 years now and my 'toilet' issues have been the most distressing. Whether I'm at home or out and about it's all I think about, I have to deal with urgency, frequency and pain on a daily basis. If I had known about Rinsemate all those years ago I'm sure a lot of the distress I experienced along the way could have been dissipated. Constant wiping from toilet tissue has caused me pain, bleeding and sores. Now I have the Rinsemate I don't need to worry about that, plus I can take it with me if I have to be out of the house for any length of time. What an incredible feeling it is knowing I don't have to battle with this part of my disease anymore. I have recommended this to all my family and friends now, so simple yet so effective. Please don't hesitate if you are thinking about buying one........just do it! You won't regret it

Simple to operate and to set up. Does a good job without fuss or mess.

It’s an excellent product which provides easy installation. Only remark is that it took more than 3 weeks for the product to get delivered. So please plan in advance.

Product worked as advertised. It was really a relief from toilet paper after a 2 month bout of diarrhea. The cool water was welcomed in the summer but I would probably prefer warmer in the winter (optional setting for the future?). The suction cup on the holder never worked so I made my own with Velcro.

Prolly the most comfortable poo I’ve had since moving to the UK from Asia

never tried any thing like this before, found it fairly easy to use and I am sure I will get used to it. Only fault i found was the holder would not stick to ceramic tiles

It's great so far, but I really don't like the tamper proof stickers. The stickers that indicate whether it has been used, to determine whether or not you can return it, they are literally impossible to remove. Other than that, it's great.

I ordered the rinse mate it worked ok for nearly 2 months and then stopped I contacted the customer service and sent video footage showing that the spray was not working. They took a while to answer and then said that water has got in to trying to some how blame me I explained this was used correctly and anything that comes in contact with water should be water tight. They have responded to my emails but only with excuses and apologies for the time it is taking to deal with the issue but not doing anything. I have been waiting over 2 and a half months and still no replacement or refund I believe they won’t do anything and hopefully I just stop emailing them. I don’t hold any hope of getting a satisfactory result

I have after this review received a full refund but I still stand by my original review as it should have never of taken this long especially with the video footage I sent which clearly showed the defect after a short time period of time using it, but am happy that I did receive the refund

Performs and does exactly what it says it will do. It took about ten days to arrive. The installation is extremely straightforward and easy. It was fully charged when it arrived and it's been about two weeks and has only went down one bar. I would highly recommend this as it has made the bathroom experience more hygienic as described.
