As mentioned on other reviews the holder does not stick on any surfaces but that does not effect the way it works
I highly recommend just wish i had bought more for the rest of the bathrooms

Rinsemate has truly improved my life. After every visit to the toilet I now have the fresh clean feeling that previously I only had after a bath ir shower. Simple to use, simple to maintain, simple hygiene. I can't recommend it highly enough.

So far, so good. Working as promised, saves me a ton of time in the bathroom, similar experience to a bidet which I is one thing I had in my home growing up but can't find in the US. I had been using wet wipes and now Rinsemate has cut the amount of wet wipes by half which is going to save my plumbing/plumbing costs in the future.

Had a bit of an issue with the suction of the holder but has now managed to stick to the cistern without falling and it’s a really good alternative for renters that can’t install one properly! Only issue with it is that the pipe is a bit floppy so the water doesn’t always flow great if there’s a bend in the pipe but when it works it’s great!

Arrived quickly and works well

Having placed my order, I was disappointed at how long it took for my rinse mate to arrive. They did regularly send mails telling me how much they were taking care to ensure that it would being good working order but I actually think they were just stalling to cover the gap between order and delivery.

The equipment itself seems well-made and when you get the hang of it, I think it’s a really excellent too. I didn’t find very much instruction with it, particularly around cleaning, which I think is rather important when you’re talking about something that needs some hygiene. Other than that, I would definitely say it’s a really useful thing to have in your bathroom, particularly if you are trying to save the planet from wet wipes!

A Decent product, just getting the hang of best way to use it ,shame the bottle not bigger but I do use a lot of water when I use it,so far for the money can't complain,time will tell lol.

So far so good it came i a well packaged the rinsemate budet is so good expecially if you're travelling. Powerful spray with 2 options for extra boost power. It's nice and compact but yet again can hold large amount of water would highly recommend.

How does this company have a 4-star rating?

I spent over £150 with them; the packaging my items came in looked like it had been kicked about the warehouse for days, then thrown into a van and driven on a race track, with nothing securing it.

The product boxes looked second-hand, and some items were damaged. I have shared 10+ photos and videos of the issue, but this company still will not do the decent thing and replace the damaged items.

The customer service is terrible, and I always have to chase them for days.

I will never buy anything from this company again!

After being informed the Rinsemate would be longer than expected for delivery I have received several conflicting emails as to why they cannot cancel my order, saying it has been shipped, then an email saying it had a fault on inspection so would be a bit longer before shipping, then another saying it had already been shipped and the the last email was automated??? Then today another saying it was just going through the checking process???? Already shipped so could not cancel??? Lies lies and more lies. Now reported to cr card company. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE following my email telling them I was reporting them I have been refunded, at least the refund is pending as apparently they have now been able to intercept the shipment🙄. I await the refund actually being in my account.

The freshness feeling is real. When you go back to paper you understand what you’re leaving behind after using Rinse. Not giving 5 stars because the product could do with a couple of tweaks. But great overall

Easy to set up powerful spay delightful product much needed

Love the spray - does an excellent job. The suction holder is a waste of time. Perhaps replace with something that can hang on the cistern lip?

The rinsemate works as advertised, and is so easy and pleasant to use. Beats toilet paper hands dow without a doubt! I plan on buying a second one to leave at my winter home in Florida.

I love love it I've always had a problem going to the bathroom sometimes it's hard sometimes it's soft this makes everything much much easier thank you

A very good product, it works very well and is a much cheaper option than a bidet. The directional aspects are excellent it reaches all the parts as required.
