Sadly we did not get our Rio tour from…

Sadly we did not get our Rio tour from this company. We booked in July 2025 for a Christ Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain tour on 31st January 2026 on a cruise port day. We had several communications to wait between port warehouse 3 & 4 we also clearly told them we had no mobile or wifi. We didnt find them on the day and couldnt get wifi and apparently they tried ringing us! We should have been told to wait between 4 &5 but beyond them to walk down to where they told us to wait. The one opportunity to see these sights in a lifetime and missed by poor organisation. No refund as yet. Only book if you have phone/wifi.
