First class service and support
I purchased my first three RioEco 2kw radiators 3 years ago and bought another one last week. They are efficient, easy to setup and control using the app and they look great. I recently contacted Dave and the support team regarding a problem I had, one of my own making I should add. The support I received was exemplary and way beyond what I could have expected especially as it was with one of the three year old radiators. I recently installed the RIO Heating RO Eco Plus 20kW electric radiator in my garden office, and it has transformed the space. The heater delivers fast, consistent warmth and maintains a comfortable temperature even on colder days. The build quality feels robust, the design is sleek.
A special mention goes to Dave, whose expertise was evident throughout. He clearly knows his stuff and provided guidance that made the entire setup process straightforward and stress-free. It is rare to find such knowledgeable and genuinely helpful support.
The smart integration was another standout. Connecting the Tuya app to my Alexa system was intuitive — everything synced in minutes, and I now have effortless voice-controlled heating in the office.

Superb Support
I bought 3 Eco Plus Radiators for my chalet around 4 years ago. They warm the whole area very quickly and are economical to use. In winter I find the Anti Freeze mode very useful in keeping the chill out. The Tuya app also allows for the heating to be programmed - which makes for a fully automatic system. Overall very pleased with how they are operating.
This Autumn I started using them again, however 1 unit was consistently reading the ambient temperature as 28-30 C - when it clearly was nowhere near that warm. Resetting the unit didn't help - so I rang Rio for assistance. They were immediately very helpful and sent a video of things to check out, which helped a lot.
No real improvement was created so I reported 'no change' back to Rio. The units were clearly out of warranty, and I was hoping to be able to purchase a replacement control module to fix the issue. I was told no parts were available, but in the circumstances (they had not seen this issue before) they were happy to provide a replacement Eco Plus Radiator.
Absolutely delighted at this response - Brilliant!
The new radiator works perfectly - keeping my chalet cozy.

Had these heaters for a year
I bought these heaters last summer. I order just 1 for the bedroom at first but found it so good that I ordered another 4 for the rest of the flat. They work really well, and being able to control them over the internet from the app really made the biggist difference in terms of cost savings as I can leave them on the frost setting and only turn them on when on my way home instead of using the timer function. The app is easy to configure. You can control them from Alexa, which I did set up, but I found it simpler and easy to manage them from the app. They are easy to install, and once fitted easy to control. There is a bug where 2 of the heaters claim they can't see the wifi connection but they work just fine so I assume it is a bug in the software.
Good quality economical heater.
Good quality electric heater. Easy to program and operate, we use it to heat our garden room through the winter, an economical way to heat just one room instead of the entire house using the oil boiler.
Efficient, economic electrical heating with excellent customer service
The Rio ceramic heater is much more economical than our previous storage heaters and allowed us to maintain a chill free environment. We kept it on 15c eco-setting most of the time. The company that supplied our heaters are very responsive and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Reliable 2000W WiFi electric heater…
Purchase a 2000W WiFi electric heater back in 2021 for use in an office/cabin 4m x 5m.
Unit has been great at heating up the room, even in the really cold winters.
its easy to access and change settings as needed and has a handy display if wanting to manually make changes.
Looks very professional as well. No problems so far. Hope to get years of service out of it.
Excellent customer service
I bought and installed seven radiators from Rio Heating around three years ago. I got them to replace the ones already there when I bought the apartment. As the apartment is a holiday let, I needed WiFi control to manage the heating from a distance. The radiators have worked very well, and having the WiFi control has been really helpful, especially when the apartment is unoccupied. I have had issues with a couple of radiators not working properly but these were quickly resolved. Customer service has been excellent throughout.

I purchased three heaters for the living room and kitchen. I have had other heaters that just cost too much money because they had to be constant. I have the Rio heaters on for a few hours at night and that is enough to heat the rooms. I’am very happy with these heaters I can even control them from work if I need to. I would recommend Rio heating to anyone who is thinking of going electric for their house.
Stylish, Efficient, Effective and Economical
I replaced 4 convection radiators (a well known brand) in our apartment with Rio Eco plus smart radiators in 2023. I added a fifth a year later. They are stylish and gave an immediate improvement in comfort levels, the radiators retain and emit heat very effectively compared with previously and despite the new ones having a higher wattage overall our energy consumption is lower than before. One potential downside is the inability to programme more than 2 daily temperatures compared with my previous radiators which offered more flexibility. I use the phone app to set and control them. It’s reasonably easy to set up and use and is very useful if you’re away and want monitor temperatures or to preheat your property for your return. The only downside to the controls that I have found is when I have used them manually they’re quite complicated to set and change. I would add that I’m in my late 70’s and I installed and set up the radiators myself but I’m not sure how some would manage if they weren’t able to use the app.
Overall I’m very pleased with Rio Eco plus and would recommend them.

As a previous owner of all 3 sizes of Ceramic Core Smart Electric Radiators, I already knew they are the VERY BEST heaters I've ever used!
However, when I ordered another of the 1000W's, unfortunately there was a short delay before it was handed to DHL for delivery.
A problem I'm sure they've corrected now!
Despite this delay, I would seriously recommend these heaters.

I purchased two radiators from Rio Heating and they were delivered as agreed. I have looked at the radiators and they look good quality. Just waiting for the sparky to wire them in but they look like a quality product and Rio customer service was excellent. I explained to Rio that we were building and would not be able to operate them for several months. Fingers crossed they will do the job.

I did a lot of research before choosing to buy 4 heaters for our bungalow fro Rio 12 months ago.
We were impressed by the ease of operating and the overall cost of running them over winter. The heaters warm a room quickly and retain heat for a good length of time after switching off.
The company dealt with one query promptly so seemed like good guys to me.
There seems to be so many suppliers of this type of heating it feels like a minefield but I’ve got to say that we’ve been very happy with our purchases. Hope this helps.

Bought 2kw heater last winter to replace an old storage heater. Very easy to fit. Have only used a few times but very pleased so far. Appears to be very efficient and low cost. I chose Rio because of their excellent reviews/ customer service. Not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for.
