Riolio Customer service are great! They answered all my questions in a professional way! I love the clothes that I ordered they were so cute and prefect. Some item might run big but if you have a big baby like my daughter those will fit perfectly. Overall i love the items I bought.

I've had better experience elsewhere or even ordering from Asian factories directly. Most items from my first order were of unsaleable quality. Extremely oversized and cheap quality, even for what you expect of items at this price point. They will accept returns, but you must pay shipping. If you are shipping internationally, it is likely not worth the cost of returning. They were unapologetic of the quality and told me to refer to posted size charts, even though no reasonable size chart would explain the irregularly sized items.

I absolutely love this site and will continue to shop with them in the future. They have the best customer service and everything came packaged so nice and neatly. Everything looks just like the item advertised!!! Very professional and friendly staff! Two thumbs up
