My account was disabled

My Ig account was disabled and while I can’t prove this wasn’t entirely down to Riotly social, I believe it is the likely reason. Because they use automation I’m not sure if it is entirely compliant with Instagram guidelines. After joining them and giving them access to my account I would regularly get alerts from Instagram asking to prove identity. Then one day it asked again but something was different that time and my account was disabled and despite numerous appeals and I even made a Facebook business page so I could chat to Facebook live chat, but despite talking to them various times I was not able to get my account back on Instagram.

In terms of the growth itself, it wasn’t great for the price. Maybe I got about 250 followers in over 2 months. When i wanted to know how my targets were doing I tried to email them and didn’t get a response. I then gave my email address to them over WhatsApp live chat and was told someone would get back to me and never received an email response!

Don’t put your account at potential risk by joining Riotly because they use automation. If you want to join an Instagram growth service find one that uses manual targeting and is compliant with Instagram guidelines.

They use robots and also overseas man…

They use robots and also overseas man workers to login into your account, gives you terrible inactive followers and having your account being blocked.

When you want to cancel they would persaude you to pause so you don’t get a refund.

Worked well but not anymore

Was working well until middle of last year but now it has your IG blocked for 1 week on the first day due to changes in IG that now detected 3rd parties remotely managing your account.

Riotly scammed me!

I used Riotly for a few months, cancelled my account, and then they continued to charge my account for 5 months after cancelling.. despite my repeated efforts to have them stop charging me. Finally I changed my credit card so that they couldn't continue to rip me off but they are refusing to give me a refund because "they only give refunds within 30 days". Total scam! Be careful!

The 6 day free trial

The 6 day free trial attracted 300 new followers to my page! The variety of comments I made were posted for me and saved me a lot of time.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY

i put my password in and it was loading for half an hour and i decide to go on my account and i got a suspicious log in attemt warning . NOTHING HAPPENED NO LIKES OR ANYTHING !!

Don't do it

Don't do it. As soon as you stop paying followers will slowly start to drop, I guess this is so the always keep you paying.

If I could give this service a 0 I…

If I could give this service a 0 I would.

DO NOT USE. It helped slightly at first, but then it hacked my Instagram account, changed the email it was registered too and I’ve been unable to log back in since. This is my business account I’ve spent years and he’s work building. When I tried to contact riotly about this, I recieved a couple of messages with my original email and password (which I already knew). They suggested I reinstall Instagram - I did, still nothing happened. I knew they still had access to my account as my account was still following people (I could see via a friends Instagram) yet they completely ignored every email from me practically begging for help and to give me my account back. I still cannot access the account, and I’m still being ignored.
The contact numbers they use are fake, the won’t respond via WhatsApp, email only. They’re usually automated and provide 0 help. I cannot stress enough, if you value you your account DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Got my account blocked after 3 days on…

Got my account blocked after 3 days on the trial, for a whole WEEK!!!! No more likes, comments, or follow.

Thanks RIOTLY -- worst service ever. You can't share your IG password with anyone anymore, even a IG manager it seems.

Very Disappointed

it was going well in the beginning, but since last 3-4 weeks the account is almost frooze. there is no traction and traffic on the account.

i dropped 2 emails and all went unanswered. before writing this review i was chatting with their CS - dint get any satisfactory answer. I asked them to give me a call and they simply went silent on this and said we will reply on email. if there was way to attach screenshot i would have done that.

nothing that is mentioned in my package is being fulfilled, worst emails and customer support not answering.

they happen to be pretty crisp and professional previously, but lately its all gone down south. it almost feels like they have abandoned their customers... :(

For that month we were overwhelmed with inquiries and issues that we could not deal with it. This is my fault and I wanted to apologize. Our communication was not good enough and my team was not well equipped to answer all customer issues in a timely manner.

Now after 1 month, I made an extensive investment in the way how we deliver our service, and in this bad situation, we were able to improve our service. We now focus on getting quality followers and better engagement.

Nothing happened

Nothing happened. I opted in for the free trial to discover the product and I waited and nothing happened. The only thing I got was an email that said that it would take 2-3 working days for it to get started but then nothing.

Waste of time. Thank you.

Be carful

I used them to help grow my brand awareness before a big event. They did manage to grow my account but my account is now constantly blocked and I can’t follow new customers and clients for over 1 month. They send the same generic message to me over and over saying that Instagram have changed there algorithms.
They are not contactable by phone , WhatsApp only email. I

Based on the fact that I work in HK and know the customer service is really good there, this is probably a fake company not really based in HK at all.

Be carful if you have a business when using them as they are reckless with the service they provide and do not care about your account and service.

I have cancelled my service now but I won’t be surprised if I start loose followers because they are not actually real.

Total scam!

Total con!

This seemed like an ok service to start with - followers were vaguely linked to Instagram page topic. However after a few months they just started following spam accounts which are utterly unrelated and most likely set up and managed by themselves for this purpose. On one occasion they started following more than 1000 people in a day. Instagram kept blocking my account due to unnatural activity. So I quit them, and unsurprisingly over the past 48 hours my followers are dropping like flies. If these were, as they promise, ‘real followers through natural organic growth’ they would not automatically drop off the minute you unfollow them (in an attempt to make your account once again look professional). I am expecting a full refund, or I will be taking further action. They clearly misrepresent their underhand ways of increasing your followers, resulting in you essentially paying for as long as you want followers, and losing them the moment you quit their service. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

At Riotly, our greatest desire is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and find the most suitable way to fix their problems without delay.

I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points:

1. Following spam accounts. I would like to request if you could provide us sample accounts that we can investigate? We tried to be 80% on target as some may slip through the crack which we can’t avoid. I’m wondering if you fill out our questionnaire to customize your campaign in order to get the right targets for you. If not, I would highly encourage you to fill out the form if you give us another chance.

2. Following more than 1000 people a day and getting a temporary block. This is to inform you that we do not exceed to follow up to 1000 user a day due to Instagram limits and our maximum rate at 800-900 only but it depends on the package you purchase. Please note that Instagram has been making more changes this year to their platform and it happened recently for 2 weeks already about follow blocks and making it harder to promote and grow your account organically. This global change affects all users, services, and agencies like us.

3. Followers drop and not real followers as they automatically drop every unfollowing campaign. We understand that this sometimes happens as users will unfollow back once you stopped engaging with them. Please note that we help users remove fake followers and I hope you didn’t buy followers before.

Could you please share a bit more information with us so that we can get to the bottom of this? For example, would you mind sending me the username associated with your account? Using that, I can take a look in our system and see how we can get this fixed for you.

As much as I hate to see you go, I completely understand how upset you must feel. I apologize again for any trouble we may have caused you. Good luck with your business, and I wish you all the best.

1 month in, 2000 legitimate followers & a company I can trust..

I have been working Riotly for the last month and I am so impressed with not only the the results I have received on my Instagram but also the customer service and attention to detail that Riotly provides. They email regularly (and not annoyingly) to find out how everything is going and what is working or not working for me. The engagement on my social media has increased and I have approximately 2,000 more legitimate followers than I had a month ago. It has been a great opportunity to get my work out in the world and make an even greater impact, while outsourcing social media promotion management to a company I can trust. Using Riotly has allowed me to focus on my other priorities while leaving it up to the Pros to handle the social media world. Thank you Riotly!

Great service!!

Great service!!! I m getting a huge number lf followers per day, even more than the number they say on their website. Started one week ago with 4300 followers and now I m only 80 followers away from 5000. In just one week!! More than that, my engagement is also growing with the number of followers. I receive so many new likes and comments every day. Very happy with this service. Totally recommend!
