I recently purchased an apron from Risdon & Risdon, and while the quality and craftsmanship are impressive, I wouldn't say it lived up completely to the rave reviews I read beforehand. The customer service was helpful, and the attention to detail is clear, but for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark to justify all the hype. An overall decent experience, but I’d call it good, not extraordinary—3 stars.

I have placed two apron orders in the past year, both times requesting customisation. This was smoothly accommodated resulting in an excellent quality product. On the whole, an absolutely faultless experience throughout, - from customer service to final product. An exemplary practice!

I had been looking for the perfect apron, functional and still aesthetically pleasing. When I came upon Risdon & Risdon, I knew I had found both.
I placed my order the Sunday before Christmas 2024, and it arrived on Christmas Eve.
The quality of the apron and the way it was packed, was gorgeous.
The attention to detail and the craftsmanship were impeccable.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase which comes with lifetime repairs.

Paid for guaranteed next day shipping and even emailed the business to let them know this was important to me. I received a response on the same day that it will be done, but it wasn't. The next day I wrote in the afternoon to say I have received no tracking number or update on the order; it was only at this point that they've started processing and sent the order - I have been refunded the next day delivery fee, but the fee was never the problem as much as it was my time and the specific written request and conversations on the matter, in which I stressed out it was important to me to have this delivered next day. Other than that, happy with the product, cannot fault it. The quality is as expected.
