Sold me a car that turned out to need repairs at a high cost. After speaking to them about the issue and requesting they fix the fault or take the car back and give a refund I was blocked from calling them, no message was answered. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Very dishonest, horrible horrible people. I can’t post this with out giving 1 star but they deserve zero stars.

I travelled 90 miles to see a car at Rise Motors. Wow what a great company! Friendly staff, great vehicles.
Communication after making the sale and before collection was good. There was a small problem with one of the keys not working - again staff were excellent and got this sorted to my full satisfaction. On the day of collection the car was ready and all of the little jobs had been done. Again staff were excellent.

The main thing I liked was the staff members approach to the sale. I felt no pressure and was left to look at the vehicle in my own time. Thanks again Rise Motors!

My son bought his dream car - a Toyota mr2 - from this company last month. The car developed a few issues within a short period of time but Risemotors has dealt with these in a professional and highly satisfactory manner. I therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to buy a used car. Their integrity and communication throughout has been second to none.

Great family business, of which value their customers. I purchased a BMW of which found on autotrader. From start to finish they provided fantastic customer service, advice and support. And most importantly was not pushy! Happy to answer any questions. Even gave me a cold refreshment. Customer service how it should be! The standard 3 month warranty provided is honoured. If you are worried about buying a car and parting with money, I honestly must say it is worth the purchase and there are no worries to be had - would highly recommend.

A bunch of scammers trying to get rid of spares and repairs all their cars are faulty cars

DONT EVER BUY From then the owner saeed Moner goes out to pick up spares and repairs cars only to bring them back to reset the engine management lights and sell them back every single car on the lot is a spares and repairs I’ll give them zero stars if I could

Saeed Ali owner of Rise Motors, who's actual name is Abdul Moneer sold a 81 year old lady a Toyota Yaris registration MV53WYR which had so much rust in the rear axle supports that it collapsed just 4 months after sale.
The lady is very distressed as her garage reviewed it for MOT and condemned it as a death trap.

Saeed Ali ( Abdul Moneer ) of Rise Motors, 16 Shuttleworth Road, Bedford MK41 0EP, Phone 07366 393148, point blank refused to refund any monies, but later relented under some pressure stating that he would take the car back and review the mileage she had done since purchase (1029) and give her some monies back after deducting the mileage she had done. It worked out he would deduct 70 per mile from the selling price making after 4 months a total of £720, this is for a car sold that was unroadworthy. After the AA pointed out to him this was unfair he reduces it to 50P per mile

This is not a trustworthy company Moneer tries every trick in the book to stall, and lies to get out of any payback to his customers, he told me today that he had to get authorisation from his boss, he is the boss a quick check at companies house shows he is at least a 75% stakeholder in the business. In his efforts to escape repayment he told the Ladies daughter he was one of three partners who had to discuss the repayment and agree before they would pay back. In short a business that you should stay clear of and if you read the many reviews this is not the first time this person has duped customers with unroadworthy vehicles.

At this stage I today (06/01/2022), through the Automobile Association who was mediating, asked in an effort to close this case to get the car repaired if he would put £400 towards a £850 repair, he refused stating he would make no such recompense. It is now in the hands of trading standards (Bedford).

Finally because I have challenged him with regard to this unroadworthy and very dangerous car, Moneer has accused and allegedly reported me for inciting Racial Hatred, this Bozo is in a league of his own.
