Although the site is very slow and both the registration process and the payment process show you that have gone wrong while they actually worked, the shop itself has a lot of value and seems to be one of the most prepared markets in Europe regarding Gunpla and tools related to the hobby.

Keynote that might make you worry about your purchase although it seems to be only a Front End problem: once you insert your address, the data, for one reason or another, gets automatically translated to English (messing it up for the shipment). But no biggie, the actual address has been registered in your language.
Customer support reaches out in a decently timely manner to answer your queries, and although it's a little bit of a tough ride, overall it looks to be a promising hub for my hobbies.

One of the best, if not the best gunpla and model kit store in the EU :-) Excellent selection of kits, tools, and paints. Customer service is very responsive and friendly, making one feel like they care about being the trustworthy and efficient ship they are! A great loyalty program that makes me come over and over. Shipping is a little bit expensive and on a slower side compared to other shops, but the selection of kits that are hard to find elsewhere makes it one of my favorite shops :-)
