I ordered a dress on June 3, 2026 and have not heard anything since. I suspect the tracking is bogus and have notified credit card company. We'll see if Reistor delivers.

It is a scam i was ordering from bed, bathand beyond put all my info in and this place risetor took my monies out right aways i ordered nothing from them my bsnk won't honor tge monies they took out so I'm out 32.79 beware not legit never received nothing.

Total scammers and scumbags! Ordered a Christmas Quilt they got my money but never sent the quilt. Total jerks! I’ve learned my lesson!!

I was scammed by RISETOR.COM. They led me to believe I was making a purchase from Sams Club. My purchase was made in early November 2023 and I still have not received my purchase. They however, immediately collected the money. This company is notorious for setting up fake websites that appear to be popular retail companies. DO NOT fall for their scams!

This site is a total scam, avoid it. Never order anything online with them. I was fooled by them, believing I was ordering from a US site which ended up being in China and my order never arrived.
After many exchanges with customer services (false) Alex a few times, with tracking records via ‘Track.net’ saying the order was delivered, false , after email exchange they suggested asking neighbours and post office. No sign of package.
Even went to post office which explained the tracking number was not valid.
Contacted customer services again, saying they will resend order or refund.
I asked for refund. When they asked me to confirm my order number by email the reply was blocked, with a message ‘ Email encryption in transit,’ and now no way to contact them.
SO NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I placed an order for candles spending $58
I wrote to them when one became suspicious. I was given a tracking #
I then got a message saying package delivered
I wrote them to inform them that was not true
I got an email saying check your neighbor and post office. So after doing that I wrote them again and I was Blocked. I saw them doing it on Tic Tok and I wrote 'This is Fraud' I never received the products. I have copy of all correspondences

This company is a 100% scam. Read another review ordered a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be Bath and body Works took my money instantly sent me an email emailed back and it was a fake email Also provided a tracking number saying the parcel was delivered. It was never delivered This is a 100% scam lesson learned.

I agree with ALL that has been said......I ordered bedding I thought from Homegoods (logo and everything!)......only to find out after I paid that it was "Risetor"....with phony receipt and tracking numbers. When I followed up with them, I got one email confirming it had been shipped; went to the Post Office and, of course, found out the tracking numbers weren't valid. Such a scam! Shame on me.....if it seems too good to be true....don't fall for it! This company preys on people!

Ordered Jim Shore gnomes. Never heard from then. Never received my order. They have my money. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from companies advertising on Facebook without first checking them out!!!

This company is a scam! Made a purchase online and this company received my payment but never received my product. Sent email only to get a " mail can not be delivered" message. Do not use this company. I have reported them to the BBB apparently along with hundreds of others!

I agree with everything reported. Same thing happened. Ordered candles that I thought was Bath and Bodyworks and never received. Have tracking that showed delivered. I sent second email and the recipient came back as an invalid email. Big China scam. Made tons of money off trusting people.

I wish I would have read these posts before they got me on McFarlane figures every thing I'm reading is happening to me, TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Like everyone is saying on the reviews. TOTAL SCAM! Do not order from this company. Never got my order, fake tracking, and received two emails about the order. Now when I email the customer support, it says the address is not found.

Shame on me. I ordered 3 orders that never showed up. One was for HALLMARK Overstock Ornaments from Disney. The others were for JIM SHORE DISNEY figurines. I was told they were lost in transit. They wanted to refund my money less 20 bucks. I refused this. They said they would ship in a different safer method. Nothing showed up. I am going to my bank next.

Total scam company, thought I was getting something from Home Goods, charged my card and never received the merchandise.

Complete scam, gave me a tracking # from China. I put in an order on December 5th I sent an email asking when my order would arrive, they responded with 15-20 days. Items still haven't arrived. The last email I tried to send was blocked by them. Total scam

Total scam! They set up a phony website that copied Bath & Body Works, and it didn’t show otherwise until I placed the order and got back an equally phony receipt. Emailed them about their tracking and lack of an itemized receipt, and they responded with runarounds and such and even a bogus tracking number. Finally, I messaged them about the item showing delivered, but it wasn’t, and they blocked my email. So much for my candles I ordered as gifts.

(Yes I borrowed another reviewers words as the same exact thing happened to me, just a different store name.)

I purchased Bath and Body candles in mid-November and paid extra for shipping that was supposed to come in a week. No way. I wrote to Risetor to ask for a refund. They sent me a tracking number from China, which wasn't mentioned in the ad, and asked me to wait a bit longer. I followed it from China to Los Angeles to Oregon and finally said it was delivered on Christmas eve but no package. When I tried to contact them, the website is gone and says it contains malware. Total scam!
