One star earned because customer service was good, staff were friendly & polite. However overpriced for an undrinkable hot chocolate... it tasted more like hot milk,very skimpy on the chocolate powder. Would avoid in future.

£ 4.15 for a cappuccino served in a cardboard cup? Really? Still traumatized and speechless 😶.

Worst possible place ever!
Rudest person on Earth who calls herself manager of Ritazza caffe on Belfast airport for some reason didn’t make me a coffee in a cup , she made me a coffee in a plastic one. I asked her nicely why everybody in a caffe has a cup except me, she said that she doesn’t want to wash a cup for me, cause machine is broken,although,clean cups was on the top of the coffee machine. I insisted on a cup, so , just poured my coffee to smaller cup, which was to small and the rest off my coffee was on the plate.I said to her that I won’t drink that, ask her nicely to make me another coffee,was ready to pay , but she pushed my card saying that she wont make me a coffee until I apologise to her?????I asked her for what do I have to apologise, she said that I was raising my voice and swearing, which is a big lie, I didn’t interrupt any guests who where there at the moment.All I wanted was a cup of coffee!

Fresh orange juice sold for 6 euros but it's not freshly pressed at Oslo Airport. Shame on you Ritazza!

Cafe Ritazza Bristol airport charge 80p extra for decaf coffee. I don’t know of any other cafe that charges the extra for decaf. Discriminated for giving up caffeine!

Flavio and zarin were so helpful they made a nice coffee loved it. They are a credit for the company.

Ritazza downstairs, inside Belfast International Airport. There may be another branch inside the departure area, but the tiny corner near the entrances to security clearing is truly dreadful. Such dismal surroundings, with cramped space and deadly boring furnishings, I won't glorify it with he word décor, is a miserable place to be. I suppose most people go through security and then go to a café, whereas I arrived with a friend & we decided to wait because we were both leaving from different departure gates. It means there is no crowd whereas the departure area is very crowded, so that is the only good thing, other than that, I wouldn't even want to try their coffee given the dire state of the food. There were two toasted sandwiches on offer, ham & cheese or cheese & tomato. Nothing vegan. I'm vegan by preference but veggie when pushed so had the toasted cheese & couldn't believe my eyes at the sight of a thin, miserable, crushed object with no niceties at all. No choice of decent bread, just tasteless boring thin white sliced that I left behind in my teens, & café food has changed incomparably since then. Why so dreadful? Not even an extra bit of greenery. A desolate object & area indeed. Avoid.

On a 6am train out of Birmingham Int Coffee Shop all lit up, 2 staff members and not serving! Surely you should be open in line with Passengers departing the station or at least if customers are approaching to increase transactions serve them!
