Happy liver did not help me at all. Got charged for it and didn’t even know it was set up for automatic refills.

Quick response, definitely sounded like a human was at the other end, sounded genuine.

The company is a rip off as they try to state you signed up for monthly subscription when you do not. Then they make a shipment without my approval. Now dealing with credit card to get refund. Stay away from this group. Very unethical and difficult to deal with.

I had an issue with my order and it was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly.

My order arrived a bit later than expected but after emailing Ritual Labs they accelerated the delivery.

I was charged without my knowledge. I was subscribed without my knowledge. They want me to receive a product, then return it to get reimbursed. I would not recommend this company.

I do not like that I was automatically signed up for a subscription. I had ordered a 4 month supply of the product and the second month I got charged. for a new order.

Customer service was great in canceling the subscription, however they were not able to stop processing the new order, even though it hadn't shipped yet. They were quick to respond on every email.

Then I received the unordered product and it was time to return it and get a refund. Communication had suddenly halted. It took several days for a response. Finally, after several days, they gave me a link to return the product, but that came with a reduced refund amount. I had to send another email and wait again.

This time, the wait was only a 2 days, but they made up for it by going a step beyond. They refunded my money without the need to go out of my way to return the product or fill out any forms.

It took a bit of time and back and forth, which I was not happy with and would have rated very low, but all's well that ends well.

This company stands by there product and service. I believe this Happy liver is the best liver supplement I have ever taken. Their product support personnel responded immediately when I requested it. They went beyond normal to help me.

Information about the Happy Liver product is straightforward and well-written. Ordering was easy and Ritual Labs offered a $5 discount. I am looking forward to trying Happy Liver!

I ordered from Ritual Labs website and what shipped was a diff product with diff ingredients for happy liver ….dangerous website as they added in malodextrine and carrageenan and it is a diff formula completely …. They need to be shut down as dangerous when u can create a website warning people of fraud with ur product and u are the fraud …they dont tell u where it’s made either …. Dangerous !!

The item arrived on time and tracking was very easy.
Started taking the supplement shortly after it arrived and am through about 30 percent of my first bottle so looking forward to seeing the results soon.

I didn’t think that I signed up for a subscription. Then I received an email stating my order was about to be packaged and delivered. I didn’t place another order so assumed it automatically went on a subscription. Ritual
lab says I do not have a subscription! I can’t cancel myself. I’ve asked for help and they have been very kind. I just want to cancel!!! Have a great day!

I emailed with a question on a Friday night, so I didn’t expect an answer until Monday. Instead, I received an answer on Sunday. Great customer service - and it was a question about ordering, so I M not even a customer yet.

I had a problem with my order, and honestly thought I had been scammed. But, after notifying the customer service and a lot of back and forth, they found that my claim was legit and refunded my money asap. Excellent customer service as long as you provide them the details.
