Delivery was prompt. Have only taken product for one month, so I am hoping it helps.

My order came late, the company responded right away about the issue and sent another bots without hesitation.Not knowing when I came home today, it was already delivered ,it was only delayed. Now I am sending a message that I received already. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the tablets made me sick. Must have been allergic to something. But the service was exceptional when I advised them. They also had no hesitation in sending back a refund.

It has so far been a fine experience. I didn’t like that it took awhile from order to delivery but otherwise no complaints. I haven’t taken it long enough if not notice any differences.

The communication by email has been excellent.

I emailed to the customer service of Ritual Labs yesterday to request the return instructions , my personal problem, nothing to do with the products. Within 2 minutes, I received email reply to ensure they will take care of my request soon. And today, I received the full refund to the same credit card. I have to give Ritual Labs 5 stars (10 stars, if it's an option)!

After ordering found out they come from CHINA! Too late to return. Then just got charged 39.99 again! Should’ve made sure the person that I emailed with about the origin from China knew I didn’t want any more?!? Waiting on refund.

My review wasn’t stellar but the response from the team was amazing. Asking questions and offering advice as well as offering the refund if I wasn’t satisfied. Great customer service.

Total scam. I never signed up for a recurring subscription or authorized these repeated orders. I contacted the company three times and asked them to cancel the subscription I never agreed to. Twice, they confirmed it would be canceled, but they continued charging me and sending supplements from China. Avoid this company.

Customer service is very efficient and answered my concerns

I like the product and feel that I have noticed improvements. What I didn’t like was having you continue to automatically supply product and debit my credit card without consent folly initial once off purchase, this damages your credibility.
I will purchase again if you can guarantee that you will respect once off purchases.

My advice - don’t deal with this company! After reading the reviews, I contacted the company to confirm that this was a one-time order. The confirmation came back very promptly. Yet, less than a month later, I was charged again ($20.00 more than the first time). I now have the hassle of trying to get a refund, as well as a cancellation of this unwarranted subscription. If the company uses such underhanded tactics, how good can the product be?!
