I emailed and asked for my subscription to be cancelled. You guys said you did it and I just got charged again on my credit card. Please fix this immediately! If it’s not done by morning I will reverse the charges on my card. I have proof that I asked for it to be cancelled and also have proof that you guys said you did it.

I ordered the BOGO and received only 1 bottle. After numerous emails back and forth I finally received the 2nd bottle of my BOGO offer, but then noticed I was charged $49.94 for the 2nd bottle that was supposed to be free. Again, more emails back and forth and haven’t gotten my refund, this has been going on since June 14th, I’m assuming this BOGO deal is false advertising. I’m now returning both bottles if they ever send me the return info needed to do so because I don’t trust this company.

I am sharing my experience to warn others before purchasing Happy Liver.

I had been taking this supplement for two weeks when suddenly, after my dinner last week, I became severely ill out of nowhere. I experienced intense abdominal pain that left me bent over, severe diarrhea, and cold sweats unlike anything I’ve ever had before. I was in and out of the bathroom for most of the evening, and my roommates were so alarmed by my condition that they almost took me to the emergency room.

As soon as I discontinued taking Happy Liver, the symptoms completely stopped and have not returned since.

To make matters worse, the company subsequently sent me an unauthorized order that I never approved. I returned it for a full refund and am waiting to see if they follow through.

Save your money and protect your health—do not purchase this product.

This is the best experience for the past year, Sara put all her effort to help me with website and email, to cencel my subscription. I am truly grateful for her help

You answered my query promptly.You reacted positively I’m hoping my 3 months supply works.Then I be inclined to buy another 3 months supply.I have been burnt by another company I thought was you.

My initial concern is that it is "suggested" the product is US-based, yet when I received tracking information it showed it was being shipped from China. There response was: "Ritual Labs is a US-based company. To ensure product availability and timely fulfillment, some orders are shipped through our international fulfillment network before entering the US delivery system." I attempted to contact them twice before the product arrived and was ghosted both times.

After I received product, RL responded quickly to my concerns. I suggested they publish their third-party testing results, and list the locations for their manufacturing facilities. The RL representative indicated they would pass my suggestions along to the appropriate party internally. So, I will reserve final judgment for a reasonable time period, until those concerns are either addressed or like my previous emails - ghosted.

The company made a very generous offer to me after I experienced some frustrations.

There was slight confusion start but was corrected right. Vreat prduct blood pressure is on its way down already

Responded quickly to my concern. Encourage you to have a once a year all time sale of subscription prices for one time grab.
It’s tough on us limited incomes to get good quality supplements. Makes us feel like you want to get rid of us sooner than later.

This company is a scam. Stay away. I was subscribed without my consent. Was charged for another bottle & it was extremely difficult to cancel which amazingly Sara responded to my email & was helpful in getting me unsubscribed but couldn't stop the shipment so I would had to return it. They offered me a 50% refund but I said no thanks I wanted to return the products based on the 60-day guarantee so I asked for the return address. Well guess what, the address provided is vacant &, products are being returned to me and I have been ghosted from the company since. Haven't heard from Sara or anyone again!! No response for emails from anyone so I'm reporting this company to law enforcement.

They are good at responding to your emails and such. Very polite. Easy to cancel your subscription ( I didn’t subscribe to in the first place) . But getting the refund took a bit of a hassle. Made me a little nervous . After a few emails back and forth, it was finally done. So all is well now. Thank you.

Giving me hope

Sara is amazing. I didn't expect a response to my email for days, but she got back with me within minutes. Her instructions were crystal clear.
She is very personable, and I hope she's a human and not AI !

I ordered the buy one get one from Ritual labs, they did not agree with me but before l could cancel subscription they had sent another one. But claimed it would be easy to get a refund. It sorta was, l am only getting back $23 from the first order, and second order is nonexistent to them. But l don't have to send them back even though 2 bottles weren't opened. Why would they not want them if they were reputable? Don't do it!!
