Unprompted review
I ordered online and wasn't told it had been cancelled..
I made a order and was told it had been accepted but a couple of days later was informed by my bank my original payment had been returned to my account. I had no communication from ritzyvape.com to say my order had been cancelled and couldn't find any reason or explanation on there website as to why. I tried getting in contact with customer services but there's no contact number so can not say customer services is any good at all. just feel totally let down by this company and won't be giving them any more of my custom.
