This is a scam. Fraud.

After a month of service, they purposely disconnect and ghost you. They take your money promising to provide subscription for 12 months but disconnect after a month. You won’t be able to contact them for resolution as they would ghost you.

I approached them as a new customer just to test their customer service. They were great, but the very moment I mentioned that I’m an excising customer the chat went cold.

The Festival speaker is great when it happens to work. After many attempts over 10 months to reach someone at the company by phone and email, I think they've gone out of business.

I bought a Riva Arena Speaker and was initially very happy with it. However after about 12 months it started to lose its WiFi connection. After 18 months it cannot connect at all. Even though it still has warranty, Rivas Customer support has been totally unreachable over a period of multiple months now. They only ever ask me to bear with them and be patient. Probably long enough for the warranty to end...
Would not buy anything from Riva again and would never recommend them.

Good product, but appalling customer service. Bought a product from Riva Audio via Amazon and had a technical query so tried to contact them. Their UK website and email address proved completely useless, so then tried the US website and Customer Support email address. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and gain some customer support, I have never received a response of any kind from them which is not only poor customer service, it is downright rude and shows complete contempt for their customers once they have parted with their money. As a result I would never again buy a product from Riva Audio and would urge anyone else not to do so either, as you will receive no customer support at all once you have bought the product
