Ordered my kit late so asked if they could make it quicker because I had a race and the customer service team did everything they could to get it to me! Can’t thank them enough.

Brilliant customer service - thank you!

Rival have been brilliant to deal with and I cannot fault their customer service. I had to exchange an AIO last month (wrong item purchased) and was done very smoothly and quickly. Then yesterday I got in touch as an AIO had some faulty stitching and customer service has been amazing and dealt with my query immediately. The kit is great quality and customer service is brilliant - thank you!

Never arrived

I ordered a jumper on the 30th of January, it is the 19th of June. At first they sent it to the incorrect address and told me it was Royal Mails fault. Then I spoke to Ryan who told me over the phone he would post it to me. He said and I quote "It is in my hand right now I will post it by next week" this was on the 19th of April. He did not offer any compensation for it being over 2 months late at the time. It is the 19th of June. I still have not received my Jumper. He is ignoring me.

Horrible customer service

I placed a non-custom order back in march and did not receive the order until late april/may. I had to call and email multiple times before I spoke to someone about canceling the order. They said this was not possible but that I could return the items once they arrived. I attempted to return the items and once again had to call and email multiple times to get in touch with anyone. I shipped my return back to this company in may. It is now mid-june and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called and emailed again multiple times and have not received any information. I am out over $100. I have yet to receive a response to a single email and have only spoken on the phone a handful of times. When they say they will call me back they never do, and it leads to days of trying to get these people on the phone for a follow up. I just want my refund. It has been absolute torture trying to communicate with these people. Will not be returning.

AWFUL- initially happy when thought my…

AWFUL- initially happy when thought my order arrived in good time...but one item was wrong size and wrong rowing club. Contacted via email and sent photos as requested and now they just will not reply. They have taken the £26 for the item though and wont respond to replace it. Absolutely shocking customer service if things go wrong- Im still waiting for a reply to my many emails....Update Got a reply and was offered a refund after this review went live - then company refused to issue refund - after they offered it. Seriously bad
In response to the company below- the issue was being constantly ignored when I raised the issue of the wrong order. Wrong orders happen that’s not the point - the shocking customer service and ignoring customers after you’ve taken their money is however the issue reafing other reviews this is not a one off)
I was then offered a refund by the founder (who also cheekily asked me to consider removing the review)- I chose a refund- then received an email refusing to issue me a refund. So in response to what more you could have done- 1. you can respond to your customers when you send the wrong item (i only got a response after this review went live) and 2). issue a refund when you offer that as an option 3) don’t send replies to your customers as if this is all their fault and they are being unreasonable. I cannot stress- Avoid this company

Hi Catherine, I am really not sure why this is a 1 star. You received a wrong product that’s was miss barcoded. This was then reprocessed, remade and sent still on time for the original order. You also received a refund. I am not sure what more we could have done.

You were not entitled to a refund as per the policy as you still wanted the product and it wasn’t late. This was another member of staff who emailed you that before seeing what had already been agreed. A simple miscommunication which I have apologised for. We are also sorry for taking 4 days to reply to you that this review is due too.
We will reply faster in the flute and we have taken on more customer service staff. You have however received the product correct and still within the original dispatch time.

Paid for kit back in April 2024

Paid for kit back in April 24, initially they were responsive to queries. However, after the 1st part of the order arrived, I wasn't able to get a response from them until I threatened action... But turns out my ✉️ ls were going to spam! 😂. It eventually arrived in June. Not a great experience. Hope it improves

The team were initially lovely to work…

The team were initially lovely to work with when creating our design. However unfortunately when the fleeces arrived they were very thin for a piece of garment we paid almost £50 for. Furthermore, we asked for extra embroidery on the fleeces, which was an extra £4 per fleece, this was missing. We tried to communicate this with the company but after one initial response asking for a picture they have since ignored all our other emails. Very disappointing. Furthermore, we tried to contact them via telephone as they had not replied to our emails but this is simply an answering machine that tells you to email them.

Abysmal quality

Three orders, 5 items of kit: one was satisfactory
Others have been completely wrong size (m instead of w) (or just very poor fit) poor quality printing (one with prominent “drip” marks), replacement (ie 6th item) also faulty and now after some wear of the kit the cheap quality production is showing
I wish our club had a different supplier

Where is the zero star option …… do not…

Where is the zero star option …… do not use this company - they take your money , son not communicate , don’t provide item ordered and when you finally get a response they are rude and refuse to take any responsibility for undelivered items claiming items are bespoke and take time to print !!!!!!! Shouldn’t be in the business if they can’t provide items in a decent time scale . Wasn’t even rowing season when I ordered . Refused to refund item when it still hadn’t arrived after 2 months and claimed it was still being processed . Resorted to claiming from credit card company ….. appalling company steer clear . I do wonder where the sudden influx of positive reviews have come from - their own !!?? As I know for a fact my sons university are disgusted with the service and still haven’t received kits ordered towards end of last year .

You are the only person to have ordered any product from that club store. So it would be great to hear from anyone else who had a bad experience from the club as I can not find them on our site. We love RivalKit's flexibility and agility

We are a rowing club at a UK University and our experience with RivalKit has been very positive! With our previous supplier, we used to have to place large orders and wait for weeks to hear back from them. Now, with our own online shop on their website, it is super easy for anyone to buy kit themselves. And they are also very responsive and quick when place bulk orders of 30+ unisuits.
