Very bad aftersale experience.
Bought laminate flooring for my house, Sales team was very good, can't complain. After tyle instalation, it was noticed tyle has marks all over its surface, causing the impression tyle is not clean.
After several emails, phone calls, and in person, they sent a manufacturer sales person to see the house.
During his visit, the salesman saw the marks, checked if floor was clean (which was), made a vídeo and photos from the floor.
A week after his visit, I sent him an email asking for an update. He wrote.me back , saying I am not maintaining the floor properly. The marks were probably caused due chemical products. But floor is 3 months old, and I have absololutelly not ised any chemicals that might have caused this problem.
I wrote him back, challenging him to check unopened boxes I kept , to see if the tyles have the same marks. But he wrote.me back saying his position will not change, and that I am the cause of the marks at the floor.
No complainins with sales team, but absolhtely no calls, messages, from the shop regsrding my problem. Very frustating.
