Useful information on website to help make the decision + extremely quick delivery!

Well I just got the bicycle and everything seems to work fine. But as the other reviews were less positive I am trying to remain optimistic. The only real concern for me is the battery. It had 5 dots but only 4 turn on… even if full supposedly. Also I have not tried the bicycle with the trailer for my kids so can’t say much about engine or battery life. I’ll update my review in due time!

Good quality bike, just make sure you assemble it with someone expert or have it checked for safety after you put it together (if delivered from online shop).

The bike was delivered in two days and was very easy to assemble in less than one hours. The fit and finish feels like the one of a much expensive bike, as well as the key elements such as electric engine and gears. Considering to buy a second one right away.

Bike was delivered on time and in great condition, packaging was really nice. It was easy to assemble. Up and running in half an hour.

The purchasing process was smooth and the bikes arrived in good time. We have however had one of the bike chains fall off, after only 4 days of having the bike, which is a big disappointment. Rivena is helping us to fix the problem, but obviously this has been an inconvenience, as my son relies heavily on his bike for transport.

Front light is not integrated, that is strange as for a e-bike. Drives good, I like it, battery is ok.
Delivery was quick, video instruction simple. Board computer is very primitive, only very basic functions.

I had a good experience overall with Rivena. Once I bought the Daily D7 I received communication about when and how it would arrive which was great and make me quite excited. I could not find a video on how to set it up but luckily we were able to do so without a video. The bike is POWERFUL and has an incredible boost on the higher setting which has been really enjoyable! Thank you!

Got my new Rivena Ultimate N7 and is fantastic. Fast delivery, easy set up and it rides as promised. Seat is comfortable, the gear shift is smooth and the power on the battery powerful.

Received it as promised, 2 days after the order was placed.
My 17 year old son assembled the bike for me and it was not at all challenging to do, "he says".

The frame is solid, in my opinion good quality. I am still able to cycle the bike as normal at about 14 km per hour without any assistance or effort, which is comparable to my normal old "Ouma"steal bike.

I have cycled 50 km at an average of 20 km per hour and lost 1 bar on the battery. The amount of effort put in to my peddling is the same as with my old bike.

Gears and tires are good brands and I believe good quality.

On arrival there was a small dent on the back mudguard, just under the seat. The mudguards are very sturdy and does not bend easily, so the dent is not a result of poor quality but rather from it being manhandled at a point during the supply chain.

I received a response from Customer services within 24 hours offering a discount and paintstift for the damaged parts, which I considered to be reasonable, considering the fact that the damage was only visible on close inspection.

All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

The bike was in top condition and certainly brand new. It was packaged throughly and safely. However there were no instructions for assembly and the suggested youtube videos did not have my brand so I could not do the installation on my own and had to take the bike to bike mechanic.

We have a good experience with Rivena. I like the quality of the product, delivery was on time and packed to arrive safely. A child seat can easily be installed.

The bike is really not good. I’m not happy with this bike. Waste of money.

The delivery of the bike was on time and it looks pretty.

UPDATE: They have now scheduled an appointment for delivering a new bike and picking up the old bike and were very proactive and communicating the specifics surrounding this.

However, all extra parts that you need to attach later were missing. In addition, the back tire was broken.

When contacting the client service, they were not very responsive, unwilling to call with me because they did not want to speak English (although I also offered talking in Dutch), and do not seem to make appropriate efforts and suggestions to fix the problem with the broken tire. All suggestions involve that I 'bring' the bike somewhere myself to have it fixed or replaced without offering to discovery the delivery or return costs, while I payed for the delivery of a functioning bike. And multiple e-mails are necessary to receive a (mostly unhelpful) response. One week after the delivery, they still did not offer a fair solution to fix this.

I cannot say anything about the quality of the bike, as I have not been able to test ride it because of the state it was delivered in.
