Scam! Products do not resemble the pictures on the website
I ordered a brown jacket online. It arrived and I liked it. So I ordered again the same jacket in a different color. However, they sent me a different jacket. It was in no way identical to the previous brown jacket. I emailed the customer service and explained to them how the two jackets are different even though I ordered the same exact jacket but in different colors. I attached to my email a few pictures of the two jackets to show the customer service that the two jackets are not identical. Their reply was: We see no difference, they are the same jacket, and if you don't like it, ship it back to us on your account. They lie in broad daylight, plus I have to pay the return shipping cost myself.

bad return policy
Made an online order from the Netherlands. Unfortunately the article does not suit me. This means that I have been in contact with the poor return policy of this company.
The cost for the return is for the customer, what is not really nice but ok. The disappointing part is that you have to send the parcel back to the UK which means that you have to pay almost €14,- euro! This information is not mentioned anywhere on the webshop.
The other option, according to the webshop, is to bring it back to one of the stores (which are now all closed in the Netherlands). This is also not mentioned in the return policy on the Dutch webshop.
Called the customer service and they stick to the policy. So no product and I have to pay almost 14,- to send it back. POOR customer service!
